I have used Straightline foundation for almost 10 years. As a real estate agent having someone I can trust with foundation work is a must. They have helped me with my investment homes as well as many of my clients through the years. If you are looking for an excellent and trustworthy company, look no further. Julio Martinez is a great consultant, the office staff is always helpful, and the owner truly cares about his clients. I highly recommend them!

Had a wonderful experience with James and his crew. Very professional and knowledgeable about his work. Crew was very easy to work with as well.

Great work done by good folks. Let James come take a look; he'll steer you straight on price, and make sure he's providing what you need to solve an issue, or improve your home. I went with new gutters, and had no trouble between color matching, getting a contract, and making payments.

Had Straightline Foundation do piers on my home and they were great to work with from start to finish! Julio answered all my questions and let me know what to expect. Scheduling coordinator walked me through process and when to expect crew. Crew was extremely efficient and did an amazing job on clean up.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Julio did our assessment and estimate; he is very knowledgeable and explained everything well. The office manager and coordinator did an amazing job communicating with us throughout the entire process. The crew that did the work was clearly a well oiled machine. They really took the time to make sure our furniture, etc. was protected before they started work inside and put all of our landscaping back in place when they finished outside. Highly recommend!

A quality company that stands by their work and will be around far in the future if you need them. A former owner had them install piers in 2009 and passed along the warranty. I recently called for an inspection, which was promptly scheduled and completed. James was very thorough and spent considerable time performing the measurements and report and explained it to me after. I feel pleased and secure knowing if future needs should arise, Straight Line will take care of it expertly and professionally.

I requested an inspection for my life-time warranty because I noticed cracks and had been hearing sounds. James came to inspect and agreed that I needed work but that I would have to pay because I didn't comply fully with my end of things - one side of my house (the side with all the problems) was lacking a gutter. They came out and did the work quickly and efficiently. The men doing the work were professional and very careful with my property. Every time I called I spoke with Sheena - she was professional and kind. I would definitely recommend this company for any foundation issues.

James and his team did a great job with the repair of my pier and beam foundation!!!
James came for a consultation, listened to my main concern and immediately wrote up a plan. When his crew came out they completed the job and also made all my interior doors close (they have never latched shut before). They did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was completed. They also went the extra mile because as they were leaving I broke my screen door and they immediately got out and fixed it, without me even asking! Great work done by a great group!

James was quick to respond to requests for foundation inspections on two different homes I had under contract. I used Straight Line Foundation Repair & Drainage for a new French drain around my house. I had previously used a different company from Bowie, TX that was useless. James Maroney, the project manager from Straight Line came to my home, conducted a very detailed survey with me and provided a recommended fix to the previous companies faults, he gave an itemized no hidden cost pricing. James, not only fixed everything, but followed up to ensure the new system worked after the first big rain. I have no issues recommending James and Straight Line Foundation and plan to utilize them again on another project.

I cannot say enough positive words to tell readers what a remarkable experience I had. The office staff is amazing, friendly, and helpful. Numerous inside and outside piers were put in with attention to detail and with the expectations of long-term results. The crew was hard working and didn't waste time. We used Straightline 15 years ago and those piers had not moved at all in this time frame on the other side of our home. James, the operations manager, was knowledgeable and educated me on what was going on. But above all, his kindness and caring were even greater. The project was finished 4 days ago and I have already referred the company twice. But above all, James' kindness to me, a new widow, will be something I will always carry with me. Thank you, James, Straightline office staff, and hardworking men doing the actual foundation repair. I will be forever grateful.

James Maroney, his crew and the office staff all get 5 stars. James took the time to explain what was going on with the foundation, the best way to repair it and how to prevent issues in the future. They exceeded our expectations in all areas. There was one issue with a post engineering report that turned out to be a miscommunication and it was corrected immediately. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
