HD Foundations bailed us out of a bad situation when another foundation repair company did a bad job and went out of business. Thank you for your help Greg and Rene. It meant a lot to us and we thank you.

Ww have a lot of resoect for the gentlemen at HD Foundations Repair in Fort Worth, Their job is difficult but they make it look easy. When they finished everything looked clean and nice and they even helped us find our missing puppy Fritz

Highly reliable company. Used them twice -- for foundation repair in Fort Worth and Arlington, too. Easy to deal with. They made the warranty repairs when we needed them (adjusted several foundation piers). They also installed a French drain around our foundation, It was money well spent.

The foundation damage on our house had gotten really bad. We had cracks everywhere and the doors weren't working right. Hd did foundation repair and it turned out even better than we thought it would. Gave the crew a tip! The company was very professional and seriously interested in helping us get our house ready to sell. They got the engineering report we needed as well!

The entire experience with HD Foundations was nothing short of fantastic. From the first call in to Rose when requesting a quote, up through the completion and inspection of the project, was truly beyond our expectations. We've dealt with the owner of this foundation repair company for many years. Greg has a lot of integrity and his crews work really hard. Unlike some people in the business, HD lifts houses without causing all kinds of damage. We give "em a solid 5 stars!!!

While I don't usually leave reviews, in this case I thought it was well deserved. I initially hired HD to do foundation repair (14 piers), but ended up having them put in a French drain while they were at it. Their service was excellent and they were competitively priced. The men on the crew were careful and on schedule, and didn't leave a muddy mess behind. Office staff was on top of things which is always a good sign. Thumbs up.

Super experience and service. After buying a house in Fort Worth, foundation repair became a big issue when we started seeing big cracks and the door wouldn’t close. Standing water was another problem so we needed a drainage system. Hired HD Foundations to do all the work. Price didn’t blow our budget and everything went like it should- no snags in the plan. Repairmen left everything in good shape and got it all straight. 5 stars!

Full marks for integrity.

It's hard to rate a service I don't use, but I did ask him to look at my foundation and give me a quote, because I was 100% sure there was something wrong with my foundation.

But it turns out it was just the flooring. He saved me thousands of dollars of plumbing and foundation fixes and changed this to a light duty DIY project. I ended up not hiring him, because you can't fix what isn't broken. But if I'm worried about my foundation in the future, I know exactly who to call.

Finding a company like HD Foundations was a real relief. We spoke to a couple of other foundation repair people, but we just weren't comfortable with any of them. HD is a family owned business and it's apparent they value their customers. The owner told us what to expect and he delivered. One thing's for sure: the crew that fixed our house deserves a medal. Those fellows kept on working, even when it started to rain. They did such a super job that my husband gave them a tip."

The folks at HD Foundations have been at it for a long time, and fully understand what to consider when planning your repairs. When they came to consult us on what actions needed to be taken, they clearly understood the nature of the ground under our house and across North Texas. Greg made it a point to help us understand the extent of the repairs needed and what our options were. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing or considering foundation work.

We contacted HD foundations for a free foundation evaluation and we’re super happy to learn that our slab elevations were within industry standards and we didn’t need repairs. An honest person heads up HD and it was nice of him to spend a good 45 minutes telling us how to maintain our foundation by watering it. If you don’t know, it’s the dry clay soils in Fort Worth that cause foundation damage.

1/5 We finally got the last refund. I can’t express how happy I am. But overall my experience wasn’t the best but if you chose to work with this company I hope the communication is worked on from now on.

12/31 after sending my latest email, Hunter sent us half of our refund. We are waiting for the other half still but feel much better after reaching out for an over month for the refund. I wish everything could have ended much differently but hopefully the final email we exchange will be our other half the money and understanding.

This company started off great. With all my trust going into them I felt as if there was no issues. Aaron, the rep who came out was amazing! Answered all my calls and text. But he had to take a leave, so I needed to deal with office which was also okay at first. Some rescheduling but i totally understand. But later I called and the women in the office didn’t know what was happening after Hunter wasn’t answering her either and cancelling appointments with me. What I don’t understand why there isn’t any communication. When they did the original lifting it didn’t work, we started sinking again as well as them not flatting the dirt down. I try to call the office to see if Hunter would take a look. He wouldn’t answer his office staff as well as my calls. I understand if one of reps is out and you overwhelmed with work but that’s when you have someone else come on. He offered me a refund, I was happier but just as frustrated because I needed integrity to come out.
It has been over a month since Hunter has confirmed a refund but one not sent. He won’t communicate with me whatsoever, the office staff won’t answer my calls, I needed this money for the new company.

If you go with this company please be aware communication is nonexistent.

HD Foundations had our trust when we selected them to repair our foundation, after interviewing several other companies. The owner was candid and a gentleman with my husband and me. Just in June they came to do repairs withing the lifetime warranty and also repaired the other side of my house foundation. Knowing Hunter as a family man with values and honesty, we even paid before he gave me the receipt, the report with the exact locations of the new peers and the new life warrantee certificate. It took many emails, texts, calls, to finally have those emailed to me. The repairs also included fixing our sprinklers system and installing gutters around the house. A sprinkler head broke after a heavy rain took place just days after installment. It was so hard to get the company to come fix the head that had been loosely placed and then broken with the force of the rain. They would give me a day and would change it to a later one. It was so difficult until finally they did it. But the worst part is the left side of my house where they did the repairs of the foundation. We feel that we have been treated with great disrespect. And I think I have the duty to warn other potential customers of this, sadly. Very soon after they repaired the foundation, we had very heavy rains that washed away the dirt on top of the excavation, leaving gaps that look like holes. I took pictures and send them to Hunter. He said he would bring soil to cover them. I called, I texted, I emailed, I went to their site and submitted a comment requesting attention to this problem. Hunter would respond sometimes. At first he would state that they did not have good soil to bring, other times we would provide an estimated time, but towards the end he said the problem was not his responsibility but that he had explained to me "many times" that the problem was not the excavation. This is almost five months and my house continue having this horrible holes. I contacted another Foundation company, Integrity Foundation. They explained that the soil should have been pressed down to avoid for the soil to be washed out by the rain. He said they would never leave a client abandoned like this. I asked an excavation company for an estimate of how much it would cost for us to do it in our end, they estimated $350. I asked Hunter to help pay for the soil. He said he has no casuality on the problem. My husband is terminally ill and I am in the process of selling my house. My realtor also has tried to contact Hunter to have him bring the soil to close the holes. But so far nothing. This is almost five months since he did the repairs. During this time I have tried very hard to get him to fix the problem. I checked the BBB reviews. When we hired them, they were accredited with excellent reviews. The last time I checked recently they are no longer accredited, yet their website says they are. I am very sad to have to leave this negative review. I still hope that somehow, Hunter can address this problem. God will provide for those in need, but the wrongdoer will not succeed.

Great work on the foundation repair for my elderly parents home ! James was great to work with :) Everthing looks great and everyone is happy.

I wish every home repair job was this easy and well done. From the first call to completion of work, couldn’t have been better. James Maroney was great on the phone - taking a look at our house in first discussion. He came out quickly and on time. He told us how we could improve our issues easily and didn’t try to over sell us. Scheduled quickly, the crew came out on time and completed our job in one day. The crew was polite, did the work well, cleaned up and left our yard hardly looking like they had been there. Good experience from beginning to end, reasonably priced - sort of rare these days.

Our realtor recommended this company to us whenever we had some permit issues come up. James was incredible. We hustled for us to get us in contact with the proper people, came over and gave a transparent estimate and delivered that night. Then the crew was set up to come over to work in the next few days. The work the crew did was absolutely incredible, they went above and beyond with where the extra dirt went, and cleaned up after the job was done, very very respectful. If we ever had any work needed again, I would contact this company. I will recommend them always!!

Used them twice. Both times had to come back. Didn't do it right the first time. Stay away, much better companies out there. These guys are awful
