I am an "old" flipper of houses. I have used Straightline exclusively for many years because of their good people and work. What is really super is their guarantee, it's on the life of the house. Plus there is no requirement to notify them if you move, because the guaranty is on the house no matter who owns it.

I have used Straight Line Foundation for foundation issues on multiple homes. I will continue to use Straight Line because they stand behind their work. They have always responded very quickly to resolve any questions I may have. I will continue to use their services because I can count on their follow up.

We had Jayson come out Thursday 11/5/2020 and he took great care of us!!! We have a on going issue with our peer and beam foundation and let me tell you straight line takes care of us every single visit!! The customer service is always great. I would recommend them every time.

Jayson was the evaluation specialist to look at my foundation. He is very honest and professional. He sketched a very thorough graph and measured the levels in each room. Luckily my home was within spec, but I will follow up and I won’t be hesitating to call if I need foundation repair. Highly recommended.

They came out and inspected my house (a 3 hour drive for them), was very informative, very polite, and quick. Emailed me a map of the house, and was honest enough to give me a few pointers of how to fix the small things myself. Said they wouldn't feel right charging for something as small as what I had going on. Very honest company, and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future. Will be recommending them to all my friends.

They had to completely excavate under my home and replace most of the wood under my home to fix our extensive issues. From the estimate to me asking a million questions to the completion of the job, Julio, Trey, and the crew were chill, patient, informative, and worked very hard to get the job done fast and correct. And the prices were very fair. Highly recommend.

I have used this company multiple times......very honest and just do a good job. I trust this company. I had a previous company I thought was my go to and then I had Straightine come out just to do a 2nd opinion....I am glad I did b/c they saved me about 5k as they stated the house was within measurement and didn't need work. That is as honest as it gets.....this is why I now refer them and go to them. You are only as good as your team and I am happy to say that Straight Line is part of my real estate team.

I have talked to 5 different foundation companies, trying to get a feel for the right one.
I finally found it.
Jayson Paff explained in great detail the process and leveled with me as person , no pun intended.
He made a detailed map on my home to find the high and low points as well as looked for any bubble spots that could indicate a water issue.
He checked the interior thoroughly as well as the outside perimeter.
He also checked out how the property is doing draining water away from the house and made some recommendations.

He never rushed the process and was happy to advise me or answer my questions.

Luckily for me after his thorough check , he said the foundation doesn’t appear to need any piers at this time and just recommend some rain gutters.

He advised to get a recheck when the heat hits us and the house is more settled down.

He was down to earth and not trying to convince me of anything I didn’t need.

From now on if I ever need foundation work on a property, Jayson Paff will be the only person I call.

He emailed me the map of my property elevation after and a recommendation for a gutter installer.

Paid appropriately $35k to have a completely new foundation put in at my mother's house. Gavin got in a fight with my general contractor, refused to finish the work required by the city inspector and did not issue us a refund. We had to hire a different company to finish his work. Worst possible experience.

These guys are first class. They stand behind their work 100%. I’m a small business owner and I highly recommend them. Will definitely do business with them again.

Dishonest people who will say your house needs piers when it doesn't. They came out to my house and said it needed a bunch of piers. I had a licensed engineer check it out as well. The engineer said it appeared Straight Line was doing this to make money and those piers weren't needed at all.

**Responding to your response. You looked at one of my personal listings and killed a real estate deal saying it needed work it didn’t and scared off the buyer for no reason. This was a predatory business practice to make money. This caused a monetary loss for me. I could have and probably should have filed a lawsuit but didn’t want to deal with the headache and time it would have taken.

Jayson was very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain his process and report. Was honest to tell me I didn’t need foundation repair and then gave me tips on how to better take care for my house. Love this company!

We live in an older home and had significant plumbing work done. We quickly started seeing large cracks on one side of the house. Had Jayson come out and anticipated lousy news, but nope, he was honest and transparent and said the house was settling due to the plumbing racket. Jayson was awesome! He had a great personality, and he laid out for us the worst-case scenario to the best, which is what happened. We will wait and have him come out again to ensure more settling before new windows go in. I'm glad I will be able to sleep tonight and so will my bank account. Thanks Jayson!

Straight Line did an outstanding job repairing my pier and beam foundation. They were quick and through, going above and beyond my expectations. They allowed me to do the work that I was able to accomplish which lowered the overall cost. They also worked with me financing the repairs. Their price was 35% lower than the other bids I had received. I would recommend Straight Line to everyone for excellent and honest foundation repairs.

Great company- super responsive and flexible on scheduling to fit you in quickly. Noticed drywall cracks, notified them due to a warranty we have, and they were jacking up the house the next day closing the jack.
