Parking your company vehicle in the no parking/fire Lane of a gas station does not speak well of you...the station on Allen just west of your location.

They came out took care of a few issues I had with my pool happy with there service.

Was very satisfied with a recent visit where they managed to diagnose and fix a problem with my pool heater very effectively.

Staff was very friendly and professional.

Priority wired my pool and did a good job. I had them come back to electrify the shed, and the price was reasonable, work good quality.

They did a great job of installing Nema-1450 outlet with a 50A breaker for the EV charger in my garage with a reasonable price.

A 3 man crew came out to provide electrical service to my above ground pool. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and so very polite. Their work was precise and each of them took the time to answer all of my questions.
I highly recommend!! 😀

Like most business Priority Eectronics has a flat fee of $150 for the first hour, and they fixed 5 sets of outlets, and replaced two. In that first hour. They satisfied all of my expectations and were reasonably priced too. I would highly recommend.

I hired Priority Electric to install a front overhead door light fixture as well as a sensor light above the garage. This went ok and had no complaints. I had them back to install the electric for my above ground pool. I have no complaints about the work but they did damage my lawn. The damage was caused by them making a turn on my lawn instead of the street with the "Ditch Witch" trencher they used. They asked me to take pictures of the damage and email them. They then took a month to get back to me and tell me that they could not prevent this damage. If they had just went straight out to the street instead of turning the equipment on the lawn, the damage would not have occurred.

They seem to do good work but don't expect much if they damage something along the way.

My experience with Paul and his team was one of the most stress free and uncomplicated operations I have ever experienced! The guys were always professional, on time, and did what they said, when they said it. The workmanship was exceptional and I would recommend them for any electric project you might have.

I got home in the end of the day, and the life of one of my fellow neighbors was in a extremely dangerous situation. I needed the electric power back urgently. So, I called Priority Electric that by that hour was closed already. Through their automated service I was able to reach the emergency service. Mr Paul Prior answered me promptly, surprisingly me so very much with his great and faster understanding unexpected, with his kindness, professionalism, and leadership, solving my problem completely in less than 3 hours!!!

I couldn't be happier with the work that I had done with Priority Electric. I had electrical work done for my inground swimming pool that was installed. The office staff were very helpful and made sure I got put in the schedule as soon as possible. They did a good job communicating with me and their ETA to the job. Paul helped install the electrical components to our pool and backyard setup over 6 years ago and did a great job. We recently had a question about a setting on the pool heater and instead of charging us for a tech to visit (which he easily could have done), he instead got his specialist on the phone and walked us through the issue, solving our problem in a matter of minutes. Small things make a big difference.
