I've been a Priority Electric customer for years. They've done many projects inside my home and installed beautiful landscape lighting. Their service is above and beyond. In one specific example, I was in a panic with guests coming and a hot tub not powering on. I called after hours and Paul walked me through how to fix it on the phone and made sure we were all set. They Priority Electric were very professional, neat, on time answered all questions. We replaced a whole house generator they did the complete job. Placement plumbing and all electrical. At a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to all family and friends.

I cannot say enough about how great Mike and his entire crew are! They recently installed a new automatic cover and coordinated with another contractor to oversee the installation of new coping for the pool. They were superb at coordinating the work, getting here exactly when they said they would. The are meticulous and theirattention to detail is excellent. And Diana, who manages scheduling and everything at the office, is just superb as well. I plan to continue using them for all my related pool needs and recommend them very very highly.

Installed the electrical system for my pool and did an incredible job. Four courteous and professional electricians showed up early and completed the job in one day. The town inspector came the next day and was extremely impressed with the job that they did. Priority definitely takes pride in their work and stands behind their work.

This was my first experience with Priority Electric, I will absolutely use them again. They were recommended by my pool company to do the electrical and gas work. They were professional, efficient, and responsive. The office was fantastic about scheduling and communications with updates. The work had to be done in two parts with the gas company coming in the middle to upgrade a meter. There was a delay with the gas company (no fault of Priority at all, just scheduling around a holiday), and as soon as the gas company was done, Priority came right back in to finish the job to make sure we kept on schedule with other components of our project. They completely understood how important this was to us. I'm so glad these guys were recommended to us, a wonderful first experience, we'll definitely call them again.

Priority Electric did fantastic work on the gas and electric for our new pool and for our new outdoor kitchen. From the office staff to the crew that was here, everyone was very responsive and focused on our project. Paul carefully thought through the options for running the gas lines, wiring the lights, etc. and made recommendations for the best approach. He was willing to explain things to me along the way, so I have an understanding of how everything is setup. When our outdoor kitchen was almost ready to use, Paul came out at the last minute on the Friday of a holiday weekend to ensure our gas grill was fully hooked up and operational for our party that weekend!

They were recommended by a pool company to assist in the burner area of my pool heater. Found them online and requested service via their site. Did get a rather quick response that they would contact me soon. But it was an automatic reply. Waited a few days before calling. They answered the phone right away and I explained my problem. Giving all my details including address and name and phone number. Then the person says that the woman who handles scheduling was on tbe other line but that she would give her my information and they would call back. It's been over a week now and no callback. I scheduled last week with another company.
Do not understand how companies can be so picky with their jobs. They had a chance to get a long time customer with me but have lost that opportunity.

I just had an above ground pool installed in my backyard and needed to hire an electrical contractor to handle all the wiring for it. After calling around I was referred to Priority Electric, and now I see why. These guys were awesome! Matt and his crew were top-notch. They were knowledgeable, efficient and very polite. They even went above and beyond in helping redirect an outlet in my kitchen after they finished wiring the pool. Turned out it was a more complicated job than initially expected, but they got it done! I would highly recommend Priority Electric to anyone who needs electrical work done. Thanks guys!

Horrible experience. First appointment didn’t show up for at all. When I called they said they rescheduled it for 2 weeks without contacting me. Next appointment was confirmed by them via email- again did not show up. When I called they put me on hold for 15 minutes then said technician was running behind and would not make it. Again with zero communication. This after requiring my credit card ahead of time. No respect for a customer’s time.

I had an appointment today with Priority electric. And I had EXCELLENT service ! Very professional, curtious, knowleable , respectful of property, answered all my questions. I have always used Priority electric services in the past and I certainly will continue to do so in the future . 2 people today that did work at my house deserve 20 stars 🌟. And thank you Trisha .

I am a commercial property manager and have contracted with Paul and his team for numerous projects at the property i manage; it has been a fantastic experience every time! From the office staff through the team that comes out - always professional, always courteous and always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done and done right. Mike and his crew are great. They serviced my old pool heater and this month installed a new one since mine was 13 years old. There were a few hiccups but they were on top of all of it and fixed them. I also had an issue with my pool pump and Mike determined it was the cord not the actual pump. Most other places would sell me a new pump and not even offer to replace the cord giving me hopefully a few more years. I will only call Priority for my pool electric/heating etc from now on.

Priority Electric did a great job setting up the bonding for our pool deck upgrade. Paul was very responsive in helping us coordinate the timing of work with other contractors on the project. This was much appreciated. Thank you!
