Bathroom sink faucet clog with excess built up.

We used Boisvert Services a number of times for a variety of issues: they replaced our well pressure tank, inspected & corrected our central a/c problem. Another time we didn't have hot water and another time under our kitchen sink was leaking....all fixed!! We couldn't be more pleased with all the service we received.

We had Steve and Mike from Boisvert Plumbing help us with frozen baseboard heating. They were very prompt (unexpected from experiences with other plumbers), knowledgeable and professional. I would suggest Boisvert Plumbing to my friends and family. Thanks guys, we’ll done!

Everything was done well & reasonably priced

Came and installed a sump pump for the MDC in my home. Very good job and it looks great. Crew was very friendly.

After agreeing to the quote provided of $3,500 to repair a line underground, I was notified that they would be tearing my walkway apart but not putting it back together. When I asked about it, the owner (to my knowledge) rudely stated that he's "not a landscaper, I'm a plumber". A simple explanation would suffice, but he went even further and continued mocking my question by naming other landscaping tasks he doesn't do. I was shocked at his tone and disrespect so I replied by telling him, "I don't know what to say". He responded by telling me he doesn't want my business anyways, and then hung up on me. I called the main number back to explain my experience but they refused to tell me who I spoke with. I gave them the opportunity to have the owner or manager call me back to state otherwise, so we could move forward with the work. I never received that callback. These people wasted weeks of my time and I am happy they did, because it turns out their proposal was also far over priced. I suggest avoiding this company

You could have nicely stated that, as you did in this response. Instead, you were rude and disrespectful and now you must play damage control. If you actually cared, you wouldn't have hung up on me. I also left out the important detail that I asked if you would do it for 3,200 and the response I received said yes, but you wouldn't repair the walkway or be responsible for damages to it while taking it apart. That is a direct implication that the estimate for 3,500 DID include the repair to the walkway.

These guys are not good...they are GREAT! Mike was here for a sewer line that broke inside my wall. Quick, clean and efficient. Affordable to boot. He was also here 2 other times; kitchen sink install and disposal on another trip. Always friendly, fair and affordable! VERY professional.

Great service at a reasonable price. What’s not to like?

I have used have used their services for over a decade. From clogged drains, switching my oil furnace over to gas unit (saves $$$), even got my a/c running cold and flawless.
Honest and able to work within my budget.
I feel its your loss if you don't check them out.

These guys came in to install a sump pump and piping on behalf of the city of West Hartford. They forgot to glue one of the pipes and caused a massive amount of water damage and clean up for us. They admitted their fault but are now refusing to pay for the clean-up and our wasted time. Their owner, Greg Boisvert, never seems to be around. The city of West Hartford needs to stop working with these low-quality contractors. We're looking into legal remedies now that they refuse to work with us.

Best bet, look elsewhere if you're considering these guys. Mistakes happen, but if they do, they'll do their best not to fix them for you and you'll find the owner "out of the office."

EDIT in regards to their response:

We did not receive a phone call on the day and time someone noted they'd show up to clean. We were also home, and no one stopped by. We were told someone waited outside our place for an hour, but we were in and out of the house with kids multiple times on our front lawn, and no one was there.

When asked to share the information about the place they contacted to clean, they were unwilling to do so.

Needed a furnace replaced during the middle of the night and Greg’s crew responded immediately and did and exceptional job!

He installed our Mitsubishi mini splits this fall. They work flawlessly and the price was right.
