Now that I have the response by the owner, I will update my review. First off, asking about "side work" is not illegal - only in California. Next - the plumber was not "vigorously" asked - we made a simple inquiry about if the plumber does work on the side - without actually mentioning the work to be done. His response was "I actually don't have time to do side projects", not "the company does not allow me to do side work", nor "it is illegal to ask about side work". Then, we asked him to take pictures and bring them back to the company so we could get a quote on the job. The company never responded to our request. Finally, we asked the company to come out to do a project at our own home. They scheduled an appointment to come over, then never showed. No call, no response whatsoever. When I finally called to find out what happened, I was told they don't want our business. Now THAT is totally unprofessional. Not the type of company I want to do business with.

This company was recommended by my water company to do work with back water valve replacement. I can tell you the have been to my house twice and each time they claim they fix something they came back claiming something was not done correctly. They are not very respectful at all, two times they claim they were finished they never told me ,never communicated with me the home owner. I would never use this company if I don't have to. Their are too many other companies who would be happy to take your business. I believe they get these contracts with MDC because of connection.
Poor customer service.

Greg and his team, led by Steven for our job, were proficient, courteous, and clean when installing a sump pump at my home. The entire process, from consult to install, went as expected. The team coordinated all aspects of the work and left me with clear instructions for town inspector approvals, which we passed with flying colors. I would be happy for the team to visit again.

I just moved recently and used Boisvert plumbing to fix some plumbing issues before we moved in. They were very clean and the price was right. I would definitely use them again.

The crew was able to find the source of the leak in a short period of time in my opinion. There is a crack in the bottom of the tub. In addition they were able to free up the garbage disposal. Very responsive and professional.

They scheduled me an appointment in a timely manner. We didn’t notice the emergency was turned off, they charged me $200 just to turn on my emergency switch.

My many experiences with Boisvert Plumbing and mechanical services has always been positive . They keep to the schedule appointments and always strive for customer satisfaction.

Had issues with my HVAC unit and called for service. They came out the same day and fixed the problem without gouging me. Good service without the hassle. Thanks again Gary!

Furnace stopped working in the morning and they had it up and going by dinner time. Brendan is the best! He was very courteous and we were extremely grateful.

Office staff is very unhelpful. Owner is never available. Installed a sump pump with no guidance or instruction and when the pump failed 4 months later my basement flooded and everything was ruined. Called for help and they said they would have to charge me. Asked to speak to the owner and they hung up on me. The very worst experience I have ever had. My husband works in the trades and we have never encountered anything like this.

We have used these guys for years and we have a somewhat complicated HVAC configuration between an older house and a newer addition. They have always been prompt, kind, and clean, and they get to the bottom of it quickly whenever there is a problem. We highly recommend them!

Just bought our first house this year. Boisvert did a lot of work for us. Did a great job at a fair price. We will be using him for our air-conditioning this spring.

We did a small addition with Bove this year. He handled the mini split AC and kitchen plumbing. Everything works great but the insinkerator went bad in a month. They fixed free of charge with the 1 year warranty. They stand by their work.

Boisvert Plumbing is very reasonable plumbing company. They were quick and professional with the job at my house. Excellent work. Highly recommend to anyone. You will be satisfied.

I called a reputable plumber about a secondary line clog at our residence and they quickly recommended Anytime Sewer. These jobs are not DIY, you need long-reaching equipment and the know-how or you will have a MESS. We called Margaret who was extremely helpful. Even on a Saturday they dispatched someone within an hour. The service technician (Chris) was very persistent in resolving the problem. The plumber was correct, you need someone who knows what they are doing with the right equipment. All of their rates were on their website and my invoice matched what they quoted.

Don't waste your time. They will come out and provide a service that isn't what you requested and then proceed to tell you that they aren't real plumbers and can't actually fix the problem you called them for. And when you call the office and speak with ANDREA she will give you attitude and proceed to hang up on you. Horrible customer service and a waste of time and money.

My go to guys when things back up. They have the equipment and are professional through and through. Reasonable prices and easy scheduling.

Getting an appointment was quick - able to come out the morning after I called in the evening. Service was done within an hour, despite the massive clog/corrosion on the indoor piping. Professional and awesome all around.
