I looked for a contractor to pour a sidewalk and patio.  Derek contacted me within hours of my reach out, came to measure the job that day and provided a reasonable estimate within the range of prices suggested on the internet.  I found that Derek listened to my requirements, asked great questions and provided me with options for my job.  I hired Derek immediately and in upcoming days experienced prompt and professional communication about when he would start work.  Derek and his crew were professional, performed quality work and answered all our questions with great care.   He completed the job quickly and cleaned up the site.  He and crew did a few small extras for the original quoted price.  I recommend Derek without hesitation and will hire them again without any concerns.  Quality work!

I had Cotori’s Remodeling do my home renovation and I was very pleased with the service! They did a wonderful job and i was very impressed with the speed and quality of their work.

They replaced two windows and repaired some concrete ceiling work in the boiler room. They fabricated their own siding because it was old aluminum siding that was hard to find. When they were done you could barely tell it wasn’t original. The work inside was spotless. Amazing work. The concrete was perfect. These guys really know what they are doing and go above and beyond to do the job right. Couldn’t be more pleased

They redid my soffit that overhangs the front part of my house. Took down rotted wood replaced it with new nailer board and new vinyl fascia. Excellent work done with fine precision and care paying attention to details and very careful every step of the way filling in gaps with caulk silicone in a neat way. They took all the debris away. They were very caring and responsive to coming back on same day to finish up the caulking the little gap areas that is to reinforce the strength of holding up the gutters. My gutters are more stronger than ever. Tight and snug. Very beautiful job. My husband and I can't stop admiring the beautiful job that these very sweet kind professionals did to make our house look so nice. These guys especially Sam are very friendly, always polite thoughful and dependable men. Very reasonable in price that met my budget and needs. The Cotori’s installed a new tile backsplash in our kitchen. They worked quickly and gave recommendations as to the best layout for our kitchen. It took just a few hours for them to complete the job and our new kitchen was left clean and ready to use. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and it looks exactly as we expected. Sam and I worked very closely on this project, from kitchen design to cabinet fixtures. With his daily communication for his plans for that day and photos at the end of day kept us involved and excited. Anytime I had a question he was available to answer happily. Sam and his family are craftsmen as well as contractors. They know how to do it all. They tackled a problematic support beam and turned it into a work of art. The walnut wood center island counter they custom made. The renovation was done to a farm house in Granby Connecticut.

After interviewing 5 contractors, we chose the Cotori Brothers to remodel our deck, kitchen and master bathroom. This family - owned business was great to work with throughout all the projects. They were able to take a difficult bathroom and meet our wishes to make it elder-friendly, increase shower space significantly and get a double vanity in place - all without taking space from the walk-in closet. I had my doubts, but they delivered beautifully. Our new deck is lovely and they made our farmhouse kitchen design come to life. We are enjoying our new spaces very much.
