I have been using John from Landscape solutions since 2014. First in Bristol when he installed a new lawn. Now in Avon. He does great work and does the job in a clean way and completes the work in a timely manner. If you hire this company you won’t be disappointed.

John put in a new patio for me this summer. Process was easy - mapped out plan, picked out stone, and quick install. Trust worthy and professional. I would 100% work with them again on future projects.

We had a major water damage in a sunroom that resulted in the whole room essentially needing to get rebuilt. What a mess!

From the get go Zac was very clear and communicative with everything. He helped us decide what needed to be replaced and what we could reuse. And was very responsive when we had questions about anything.

During the project the guys who actually did the work were awesome. They were always on time and worked so hard. Explained the process to us as it all went and were incredibly patient. Their paint and carpet subcontractors were the same way too.

ZN Construction recently replaced a variety of rotting wood exterior trim around our house. Zac and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Their online estimation process made it so easy to start the process and was accurate and fair. Their communication throughout was incredibly timely and professional and not something you commonly find in the contractor space. The team showed up on time every day and worked very efficiently. They did really high quality work and left the job site spotless. When they uncovered a larger area of rot that needed repair, they discussed options with me, and addressed it very timely, despite their busy schedule. These guys are terrific and I will use them for all future projects!

Zac Neville and ZN Construction & Contracting, LLC not only created our beautiful kitchen, but they also made it a pleasant experience. Their attention to detail, their dependability, respect for our home and for us, as clients, far exceeded our expectations of a complete renovation. They are clean, kind, patient, and work with integrity! It was very important to us for the kitchen to be aligned with the quality of our older home. Zac and his craftsmen mirrored the style with the utmost care and precision. Working with a contractor was a new experience for us. Zac was very understanding and patient with any concerns we expressed. He was reliable in keeping us up to date on the daily work being done and the next steps. At the beginning of the renovation, he gave us an estimated date of completion. Being a 1936 circa home, there were surprises within the walls and ZN Construction still met their time frame. The ZN team just recently finished remodeling the exterior of our home and we couldn't be happier with the result! The house is completely transformed and now looks so much more modern. The project included new doors, decks and siding. I am so impressed with their ability to create my vision. The house is so much more functional and safe. Overall the whole team was respectful and great with communication. Zac and Ryan were both dependable with their responsiveness to our questions. The other guys, TJ, Lou, Joe, Eric were also great to work with, they were knowledgeable and respectful. We would recommend ZN for any projects big or small and would use them again.

Zac and team came to the rescue to put the finishing touch on our new home with columns! From the start, Zac was responsive and highly knowledgeable about top quality workmanship. The attention to detail and care put into the installation of the columns is unmatched. I would (and plan to) use Zac’s team for any project. The work is worth every penny!

ZN Construction just completed my new deck! I dreaded the entire process and was more than a little bit irritated I was having to replace the old deck I never used. However, after working with Zac on a redesign and just a few days work Lou and John built a brand new deck that is much nicer, much more usable and way way better than I had imagined. The crew - led by Lou was fabulous and really a pleasure to work with. I could not have had a better experience and recommend them highly! I will use them for all my projects from now on.

I hired ZN Construction to completely remodel a bathroom, including new floor, drywall and all new fixtures. They provided a detailed estimate, answered all my questions quickly, and they stuck to the agreed upon schedule. They did a fantastic job, kept the disruption to the rest of the house at a minimum and were friendly and helpful the whole time they were here. Everything came out great, including the new painting of the trim, walls and ceiling. I'm very pleased. Highly recommend.

I will keep this short and simple, ZN is by far the best crew I have ever worked with. We had water damage that led to a complete master bathroom remodel. We had no experience with designing a new space, and we knew nothing about what it would take to get our master bathroom installed and looking great. Enter Zac and his team at ZN. They worked with us every step of the way, and the team at ZN was simply amazing (special shout out Eric, he is as professional and attentive as they come). They were slightly higher than the other quotes we received, but barely, and I can see why. There is simply no comparison to what they deliver. You pay for what you get, and ZN is worth every penny. I have used ZN Construction for a few different projects and I have been absolutely delighted every time. The work and craftsmanship has always been impeccable. No details are left unfinished. They have always treated my home and business as if it were their own. The level of care, consideration, and professionalism shown by their crews is something that is rare to find nowadays in any business.
I can honestly say that using any other building contractor is a mistake. These guys are the absolute best in the business.

Our second project with ZN, a screened porch do-over, was recently completed. We are very pleased with the result and we have several months of 2024 left to enjoy the new space before the cold weather move in..

Excellent. Set reasonable expectations for us ahead of time on how possible it would be to perfectly match new cabinets to old, then went above and beyond and got it better than we expected.
