If you want a tree company with family values, "Arbortech Tree Inc" is the company to call. They are fair with their prices and work ethics are great! No pressure on giving you a quote. Show Justin what you done, and they will get you on the schedule quickly. The office staff responds quickly to emails or calls, very pleasant ladies to speak with. When the crew showed up, they took the time to walk through my project and make sure what needs to be done. Pete, Alex, and Santos we're very pleasant and extremely hard workers.
They took great care removing my trees and cleaning up. They took extra precaution putting down pads for the truck to drive on so it won't sink in my yard. They also took care not to damage my neighbor's driveway, as they had to pull there Rig in there to remove other trees.
If you're looking to have work done by them, you'll be completely satisfied. No pressure, no stress,and a job well done!

The three man crew that worked on removing an Ash and two Maple trees at 684 Merrow in Coventry were a great pleasure to watch in their professional work today. They left our property looking better than before their arrival.
We highly recommend them and Arbortech.

Arbortech was such a pleasure to work with. The communication from Justin and his crew was fantastic. We did a walk through the morning of to confirm what was being done. The crew had me come out multiple times throughout the day to confirm what they had done was satisfactory, as well as a final inspection at the end of the day. They cleaned everything up and left the yard as if they hadn't even been there. I would refer Arbortech 10 out 10 times!

I would give 6 Stars if I could. This is the third time I've used Justin and his crew of Arbortech. He and his crew go above and beyond in the services they provide. They do all, and then some, of what I contracted them to do. His crew is personable, professional, and tidy. They left my place cleaner than when they got here. Can't say enough. Use them. You won't be disappointed.

We had Arbortech remove a number of beeches from our property that were succumbing to beech leaf disease. Most of the trees were very near the house and others close to the road. The crew put in two solid days of work to complete this job. They took great care to avoid the house and the road when they took down the trees. They left the site clean, and cut the stumps low to the ground. I felt the price for the work was very fair. Everyone I dealt with at the company was knowledgeable, friendly and great to work with. Would definitely have them back again.

They did a beautiful, precise job on the magnolia tree in front of our house. It grew into the power lines and on the other side was growing over the roof. They trimmed the right branches and opened it up by clearing out all the cross branches and suckers on the inside. Would definitely use them again!

Justin and his crew(s) are great! They are very clean, effecient and professional. They took down four large hardwoods on our property in less than a full day. All of the crew members are friendly and hard-working. They have obviously been well trained. I have engaged other tree contractors a few times over the years and these guys were by far the very best. Thank you all again!

The crew of Arbortech are very professional. They're friendly and courteous as well. To see and hear a team work well together is heartwarming. Justin and his men are a "fine oiled machine". It's just a wonder to watch Justin high up in a tree. They come prepared and know just what's expected of each other. At the end of the day they clean up and it's their primary concern that you are happy with the work performed. A fair price for the highly skilled work they do.

If you have a difficult location where trees can't be just "dropped", these are your guys. Justin will climb and "disassemble" that tree and gently lower the pieces to the men waiting below. No damage, no stress (for you), just exactly what you wanted.............Tree Gone ! On the days my work was performed, Eric and Eddy were on Justin's team.

Justin is an experienced and licensed "Arborist". He considers a trees' current and future health when it comes to trimming and removal. He's "the whole package" !! What more can I say............... Thank you Arbortech. Also when I say "team" I can't forget Lindsey at the office. She was wonderful in assisting in my needs and those of the men. Communications were GREAT. Arbortech will be my number ONE choice when in need of tree trimming or removal.

Crew arrived on time and worked non-stop. At end of each day, all debris was raked up. Followed our request and stacked trees neatly. Very happy with end results and will probably have them back.

From the initial interaction with Lindsey in the office, the walk through quote with Justin to the crew the day of the job, everything went perfect. The crew the day off was fantastic, very personable, professional and the hardest workers I have ever seen. This was a big job that was long over due, the quote was fair and we couldn’t be happier with the work that Arbortech did for us. Justin did a comprehensive survey and quoted a fair price for the scope of work. The crew was properly briefed and tackled the job safely , taking care to avoid lawn damage. The crew were extremely professional and accommodating.

We had the A-team on our big job of 14+ trees (13 dead ash) in 3 different areas of our property, none of which were particularly easy to get to. With the added bonus of having drainage throughout the yard and avoiding the septic tank. I had 3 other companies come and look, one ghosted me!! 1 came and said no thank you, the third gave me a similar quote to Justin's, but you could tell he didn't want the job and wasn't as clear about how he'd go about it. Justin came in and was completely confident on how his team could get it done. And with a bucket truck - no cranes needed. (two of the above were talking cranes). Kyle, Kyle and Not Kyle (Cody) were great!! They worked hard and got it all done in 3 days!! They were nice, easy to talk to, piled the massive amount of trees in a great spot for the log truck. I thought taking down dead trees wouldn't open things up that much, but wow did it! I love how open and cleared out everything looks!! Lindsey and Kate were fabulous and accommodating talking about the cost of the job and log truck. And now I can add flowers and plants in the brighter area. FYI probably not going to plant trees... but some rhodies if I can keep the deer off them. (O: Thank you to ArborTech!! Cheers, until I can budget for the backyard.

Great experience meeting and receiving a quote from Justin, the owner. Today - Santos, Sergio and Gerardo spent the day cutting down 3 large trees. It was impressive to watch the team work in a meticulous and safe way de-limbing the trees and then carefully cutting down pieces of the tree down to the stump. They did an amazing job cleaning up the job site at the end of the day. I highly recommend Arbortech Tree service!

If I could give Arbortech 10 stars, I would. I have never experienced such exceptional service from any company. I had a tree fall down on Saturday due to a storm. It had to be moved due to it blocking multiples tenants doors. I had called multiple places leaving messages(not one got back to me). However not even 5 minutes after leaving a message for Arbortech. Justin called back I told him my situation and the tough spot the the tree was in. he told me that he could be there in an hour. He was there within the hour. Due to it being a Saturday, I was really surprised. Within 3 hours he had the tree all cut and moved. When an owner shows up puts that much effort in on Saturday. You know it’s a solid company. I’m sure with his whole crew they can take down a entire forest in a day. It was even a pleasurable experience talking to Lindsey getting everything sorted.I would not recommend a better tree company. I will definitely be referring and using in the future!

I more than appreciate great workers...your crew is amazing! the physical ability, the mathematical knowledge even if innate, and the eye for art (cleaning up my white pines to beautiful trees) is a hard combo to find in someone. Your climber has all those skills and more.

The Arbortech crew was, punctual, professional and friendly.
The removal of a huge oak tree from our yard was done with skill, safety and efficiency. We are very impressed with the fantastic clean up after the job, as well.
They even cut us a tree ring to use in our flower bed upon request.
