I decided to call in the professionals at Anything Electric after getting extremely frustrated trying to swap out my old ceiling fan for a new one. Not only were they able to fit me in on short notice, but the price was also perfect. John and Kyle were awesome! Kyle installed the fan while John checked out my electrical boxes and thank goodness for that because he noticed a few issues that need to be fixed in the near future. I highly recommend Anything Electric, they have definitely gained a new loyal customer!

John was awesome!!! His work is unbelievable! What a difference he made in my kitchen! I finally have light! He was punctual and pleasant and very reasonable pricing. Definitely my go to electrician from now on!!!

2024 UPDATE: Third time hiring John this time to wire up our outdoor pavilion. Took several years for me to build this traditional timber framed structure and I didn’t want the wiring to distract from the craftsmanship. I knew John would really listen to what I wanted and get it done right. As usual, John worked with the town for the permitting and was on time. After reviewing again exactly what I wanted before they started, John and Kyle were able to incorporate the conduit in a way as to not distract from the framing, running it above and behind the beams when possible. The attention to detail did not disappoint when I saw how Kyle bent the conduit to follow the angles of the rafter joints, I loved the attention to detail. There were outlets needed very high for my DIY chandeliers and wooden pegs at the joints that needed extra bends to circumvent but they were done in a day and left not a spec of litter behind. We are thrilled with how it came out and would recommend Anything Electric for any job, really easy and pleasant to work with.

2022: John from Anything Electric just wired up our panel and installed an outdoor outlet for our generator today. He was able to schedule us quickly for the install, showed up on time, completed the work quickly and took the time to not only walk me through how to switch to temporary power but also how to start my generator. Ahead of the install he told me exactly which power cord to order for my generator too. The rate was affordable. I would highly recommend him.

Anything Electrical is a great family-run company that really takes pride in what they do—and it shows! When our town inspector checked the electrical work John did for our hot tub, he actually said, “You must have had a caring electrician.” He pointed out how clean and safe the work was, saying it stood out from so many others that can leave homeowners at risk.

John was super responsive from the start, answering all our questions and concerns right away. He even took a quick phone call from the inspector during the inspection to clear up a few details. The hot tub setup turned out great, and he also helped us with a few smaller electrical projects around the house. We’d absolutely recommend John and his team to anyone—they’re friendly, reliable, and clearly take pride in their work.

WE WISH WE COULD OF GIVEN ACKERT ELECTRIC 6 STARS WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE BREAKER FOR OUR WELL CALLED THERE OFFICE AND WAS IMMEDIATELY TRANSFERRED TO TIM ACKERT THE OWENER HE SAID HE WOULD COME TO OUR HOME NOW NOT 20 MINUTES AFTER THAT CALL HE WAS AT OUR HOUSE BROUGHT A NEW BREAKER LOOKED AT ARE PANEL AND HE WAS ABLE TO GET OUR OLD BREAKER WORKING AGAIN WHEN ASKED HOW MUCH WE OWED HIM FOR HIS EMERGENCY VISIT TIM SAYS THAT THERE WAS NO CHARGE WOW!!!!!! IF THAT'S NOT 110% I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS VERY RARE KIND OF A MAN. THANK YOU SO MUCH TIM. PAUL&SUZY MARTINS

Made an appointment which was canceled at the last minute and rescheduled. The rescheduled appointment was simply missed with no warning. A call apologizing led us to make a THIRD appointment. That one was canceled by Ackert BY LETTER the day before the appointment (no call or email). The most bizarre sequence of unprofessionalism I have ever experienced with a tradesman.

Everyone that has come to our home for various projects has been above and beyond outstanding. The customer service and professionalism is top notch!

I couldn’t be happier ! A tree had fallen and knocked out my electric from the house . I was referred to ackert elec by my uncle who has been in the business for years. And he was right . After I made the call they were there within a half hour and less than an hour for repairs. So happy with the job and the efficiency. Thank you so much I would recommend ackert for electrical needs to anyone who needs this service. Local and reasonable they get my 5.. I will be using the again soon .

I hired Ackert Electric to fix my bedroom ceiling fan. Tim Ackert and their Project Manager Matt Smith was so helpful, affordable and friendly. My ceiling fan was not control by a wall switch only a pull chain which broke off. I use the ceiling fan all the time, instead of installing a wall switch, Tim recommended the wireless remote. Matt came to my home and installed a wireless remote. I now have control of the fan light and the fan speeds. This made everything so more convenient to enjoy my fan.

I have used Ackert electric many times over the years. They helped us get rid of electricity in our wall when we took out a wall, they installed a Tesla charger for us, installed an oven outlet, a new circuit breaker box, installed new lighting in our bedroom, and they always clean up after themselves.

Quick, efficient and beyond helpful. Had 2 out of 3 electric heaters stop working. Ended up tripping a circuit before my appointment over the weekend and Tim was able to walk me through what I needed to do. Matt was then able to come to the house, replace one heater and fix both thermostats quickly. Would not use any other company other than Ackert!
