Reviews of local pros in Coventry, Connecticut

I called John based on recommendations from previous customers on Fb community page. He answered the phone, he confirmed w me & did wonderful work! I’m so happy to have found him & will call him for all things electrical in the future. THANK YOU!!

Updated my incoming service, added generator interlocks, wired my garage. Big job. These guys work like crazy. They even worked over the weekend to get it done. Professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the results.

Let me preface this review by telling you that I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so today. I wanted to have a Tesla charger plug installed, and had a few electricians give me quotes. John, the owner of Anything Electric, is by far the most honest and upright contractor/electrician that I’ve come in contact with, and being a landlord, I’ve interacted with quite a few. John came out when he said he was going to and was more than professional with a very fair price. I would suggest calling John for a quote prior to signing with another electrician. I guarantee you won’t regret it!

Second time using John and his crew. They put in recessed lighting in two rooms, using Smart switches. They did such a great job we hired them again for another project. Great work, reasonable prices, very friendly, and punctual. Will use them in the future for sure.

John and Kyle did a really good job for our kitchen and living room recess lights, they also helped us relocating some kitchen sockets. Very dedicated and professional, greatly appreciated.

John upgraded our entire electrical system in our house. He also had to upgrade the wiring that runs down to our pool. He was very personable, punctual and he takes pride in his work. We were very pleased with everything he did and will definitely use him in the future again.

John and Kyle have been to my house 3 times doing work. Each time they’ve done great work at a great price in a timely manner. The 1st time I called was because I had a few light suddenly not working and they came over the same day and fixed the problem. I highly recommend using them for your electrical needs.

Great work, great service and reasonable pricing. Short turn around time from quote to work being done. I now have working breakers and outdoor outlets.

We've used Anything Electric for multiple projects now and each experience has been outstanding. This veteran-owned business consistently delivers top-notch work, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and expertise. John and Kyle's attention to detail is evident in every task they undertake, and they always leave the worksite spotless, showing respect for our properties.
Whether it's a small repair or a major installation, John's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction shines through. It's clear they take great pride in their work, and we couldn't be more pleased with their services.

I highly recommend Anything Electric. John is very friendly and professional and is easy to work with. He is also very fair in his pricing. He has done several ceiling fan installations for me and was very responsive and timely. He also went above and beyond for me when I had an emergency issue. He was at my home in less than 10 mins. after my phone call to him, despite having family commitments of his own. I look forward to having John do more projects for me.

John came and installed a 50 amp plug for me. Excellent service, very happy. Thanks again!

Excellent experience! It was nice to have a contractor who does what they say they are going to do and get it done when they said they would do it. John and Kyle installed a Ford Charge Station Pro for my new Lightning as well as a transfer switch for a generator to power our house in the event of an outage. They were extremely efficient and professional. You could tell they were both in the military by the way they worked. Thank you for your service and thank you for your services!

John worked it in his schedule to come by the next day after my call. I had issues with an outside flood where there was no power coming to the light. John located the issue and repaired it. This is the second time I have used AE and am more than satisfied and would highly recommend.

John has been great to work with. He replaced responded quickly, resolved the problem and replaced our bathroom lights a few months ago. He just replaced the ceiling fan in bedroom, lights in the kitchen and hallway and outdoors. He made good suggestions and did wonderful work.

We were having an electrical issue at our house and John was able to come out same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to solve it right away. The rate he charged for the work was very fair and I would call him again for any future projects. I highly recommend his services to anyone needing electrical work done.

First time using John and his crew. They put in recessed lighting in my living room with smart switches. They did such a great job and we would hired them again for another project. Great work, reasonable prices, very friendly, and punctual. Most importantly for me they are neat and clean! Will use them in the future for sure.

John and Kyle at Anything Electric are knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond for me today when they installed a dedicated circuit for me new sauna. I have hired them in the past and will continue to use their services.

Excellent installation of ring cameras and night lights. Fair price and prompt service. Highly recommend for future electric.

I reached out to John about a time sensitive last minute decision to move some interior wires, and switches from one side of a wall to another wall. He stopped over the next day to see the scope of the job. He fit me in his busy schedule, and was onsite two days later. When he arrived, his co-worker, Kyle headed up to the attic, and John did his work in the room below. These two guys were extremely knowledgeable in their craft, and very open with helpful suggestions as well! Overall, they were positive, patient, polite, and professional!! A+ They finished the job in a snap!! I highly recommend Anything Electric, for Anything Electric!!!!

We are incredibly impressed with
ANYTHING ELECTRIC’S professionalism, work ethic and expertise. They return phone calls, arrive on time and are a pleasure to do business with. The new panel installation went very smoothly. We are truly grateful to John O’Sullivan who advised us of a potential fire hazard during a prior visit. The smaller jobs are handled in the same efficient manner. We highly recommend Anything Electric for all of your electrical needs.

Anything Electric was great to work with! They returned our first phone call promptly, and every phone call afterwards. They scheduled the work very quickly and completed it well. We will definitely use them again in the future.
