Unacceptable customer service! Took the morning off of work for a confirmed 9:30am service call only to be told at 9:35am (the day of) that the Technician had to go on another call...I guess my appointment wasn't good enough.
    Horrible service and bad business!

My mom said she couldn't have had nicer men come to her home. They were fast friendly and affordable. They even went out of their way to fix a part on the fridge when they were there to fix the oven.

I called about my washer at 9:46 am. A real person answered the phone, estimated when the repairman would be available. He called at 1pm to say the repairman was on his way. Problem was taken care of by 2pm. This company was a pleasure to work with.

The range I bought worked great, the guys helped me load it in my truck and tie it even though I was unprepared without rope or straps, haha. Friendly guys and good service. Would recommend using them.

We had an issue with our drier recently. We contacted several appliance repair men. We finally got a response from Harry's appliance repair. They were fast and fixed the problem. Thank you very much for all your help. We would absolutely recommend.

Bought a control board. Found out the same day that my fridge wasn't broken just went into demo mode. Was told all sales are final. And they would not return the part even at a reduced price. Kinda crummy service. Would think they would want people to come back in the future.

Describe my experience? Unbelievable. Our dishwasher was broken. After two hours of incompetent diagnostic procedures and an inability to read the manufacturer's troubleshooting guide, the two repairmen concluded that the controller board was at fault and needed replacement. $300 later, it turns out that a new controller board did not change the symptoms. I performed step by step diagnostics by flipping the dishwasher over and testing every component. When I removed the distribution pump to test its motor, I discovered the pump impeller had come loose. I put everything back together, and it has been running like new for two weeks. My total project time as a do it yourselfer? - Two hours. NO ONE SHOULD EVER DIAGNOSE A PHYSICAL PROBLEM AS AN ELECTRONICS PROBLEM. This is unacceptable. Harvey - you should get some factory training before you touch another dishwasher.

In response to Harvey's Appliance comment, the fault code (6-4) does not indicate a bad controller board. Further, I put the old controller board back in, and it still runs like new. I did the work myself, because of the unprofessionalism shown by the repairmen.

Had a problem with my washing machine and they came out the morning after I called. It was a simple fix and they did not even charge the diagnostic fee. Couldn't be more happy

Tho Harvey didn't have the NEW Samsung stove I was looking for, his professional contacts @SK Lavery, did. Harvey facilitated my purchase. What a great guy & store. Over the past 20+ years my extended family's purchased fridges, microwaves & others. Was running low on money after finishing our house in 2000. The gas Maytag dryer, from the late 70s is still going. Harvey's done great service on appliances we haven't even bought from him! My apt sized dish washer is due for replacement...will definitely go to Harvey's Used Appliances in East Hampton, CT

    I would recommend Harvey 1st!!!
I was new to the area, movers damaged my washer and dryer, he was here in two days, stayed in touch to confirm times, dates, model #'s for the appliances. He was to the point, very polite, and repaired two appliances in less than 30 mins. It took him longer to get here than to repair my washer and dryer.
    Good guy.
