Appliance Repair reviews in East Hampton, Connecticut

I called Harvey's Appliances to get a quote for repairing my squeaky dryer, and they gave me an estimation based on what I described to them. Today I decided to move forward with the repairs, so I called them and they just happened to have availability and came out to me IMMEDIATELY - Literally showing up at my house within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone (granted, I live in town so it's only a 5 min drive).

The service technicians were friendly and courteous, informative, and fast - able to do the repairs in less than 1 hour. I was already happy at this point with my decision to go with Harvey's, and then to my surprise the final bill was less than what they estimated for me last week as well.

This may be the best service call I've ever had in my life... Customer Service like this just doesn't exist anymore these days. Fast response and not gouging me on the bill??? Amazing. They just made a returning customer out of me, and so I highly recommend you give them a call for any of your appliance needs too!

Was at our home in what most businesses would call "emergency" rates- but this is just how they roll. Fixed our drier in a short visit- told us how to better maintain it- professional and pleasant. Can't I give 6 stars?
