From scheduling an appointment with Andrew to having the electrician Trevor come out and install our ChargePoint car charger was excellent. Very professional, neat, cleaned up the areas when done working and on time . My wife and I are very satisfied with this company and will highly recommend them in the future. Both Andrew and Trevor were able to answer any questions we had regarding the work being done.

Overall I'm very pleased with the installation of our GM Ultium EV charger. Chris and Evan were very pleasant they showed up on time and had all of the materials to complete the job. When the install was complete they waited while the unit was paired and configured to ensure all was in order.

Our family recently went solar. We were thinking about doing it for years now, but hadn't pulled the trigger. Our rep, Cole stopped by over the summer and we had a conversation about the system. He was polite, knowledgeable, considerate, and not "sales-y" in the slightest.

He worked on our schedule and was very flexible. We weren't pushed into anything, and he offered custom solutions to fit our requirements. My wife and I had so many questions and he was able to answer everything and made sure we were comfortable with the system.

On the day of installation the team from West Electric was professional and surprisingly fast - the whole system of 34 panels was up within a day.

Having the system up and running is really cool - being able to see exactly how much power we're generating is great. We'll be saving money in the long term and not having to deal with Eversource and their constant price increases is just great.

West Electric installed my brother’s EV charger and he referred them to me. Anthony thoroughly explained my options and the pros and cons of each without sounding like a salesman looking for the most buck. Trevor was my installer and he did a phenomenal job. He navigated around my garage shelving and made it look aesthetically pleasing. He also swept the area after he was done and took all the clunky boxes with him after the install- little things but it was definitely noted and appreciated. Highly recommend.

Second Experiece with West Electric

I cannot say enough good things about West Electric and their movement and installation of my Level 2 Charger at my new place. From Ed West directly designing what was a complex installation; to the quality folks on the ground at my place; to the highly engaged administrative support from Kimberly, this a professional and customer oriented shop. They went above the call of duty by suggesting and implementing, at no additional cost, an upgraded electric capability and load management system to allow me to get more “juice” for charging. They are a quality shop that does top notch work. Every customer is treated hands-on like a VIP!

First Experience with West Electric
I contacted West Electric about installing a charger in the garage for my new Cadillac Lyriq EV. Ed West took the call directly and had an installation team there the same day and I was charging the car that very afternoon. Excellent service and very friendly demeanor. When you get your first EV, there is natural range anxiety, so it was very comforting that my Ultium Level 2 charger was installed inside of a day after contacting them.

Having my first experience with an all electric car and needing a Level 2 charger installed. The very first contractor I called was West. I called on a Sunday and Mr. West himself answered the call. I didn't bother calling anyone else and it was the right decision. He referred me to Anthony, his EV guru. Anthony and his staff held my hand through it all, from installation to applying ro Eversource for a rebate on the installation. Finally, received guidance on the town inspection process. And Derek, who installed the charger, was first rate. Every call and message I sent was answered almost immediately. Best contractor experience I've ever had.
