Would give Aqua Pool zero stars if I could. There were thousands of dollars in hidden costs and customer service is non- existent! Actually had one of their supervisors tell me that he didn't call me back for a month because he was "procrastinating because he knew it would be a tough phone conversation!"

Truly miserable company to deal with. They don’t communicate with customers and are unreliable. The woman running the scheduling and operations is completely unorganized has no idea what she is doing. We tried to use them, went out of our way to contact them several times, but they definitely don’t want to work with you. This company is a nightmare. Save your time and call someone else. Honestly don’t know how they are still in business No phone calls, no voicemails, no contract in the mail, nothing. You are lying. This is what has to happen to get a response from you. You might be ranked 12th in your mind, you’d be lucky if you’re ranked at all.
