We purchased our home last August which had a 30,0000 gallon unground pool. It was the first time I ever had to deal with a pool this size and I was relieved when I called Aqua Pools and they sent Rich over to get me up to speed on how to manage and understand the pool. Rich was also the most responsive and helpful during our recent renovation of the pool. Because of all the Covid hiccups with supply chain issues and worker shortages it was difficult to get straight answers and follow ups from the renovation department. But Rich would ALWAYS return my texts immediately and look into my questions. It was the only comfort I had during a long process. At the end of the renovation process he arrived with another co worker named Tyler to acid wash the pool, clean up, and seal an old fountain. They were both eager to assist me with all the questions I had and took the time to go over other aspects of the pool such as safety measures and filter maintenance. Rich's patience and willingness to listen and help is the kind of professionalism everyone should strive for. I look forward to when he is the service employee on call because I know he is committed to excellence and making sure the customer is satisfied.

This was an incredible experience right from the start. Jason was an excellent and very attentive salesperson. Who listened to all our needs and wants and offered a pool design that checked all the boxes and then some. He offered products and services we were not even aware of to make it better than we could have imagined. Greg and the construction crew were top notch and very friendly. He understands the stress a homeowner has when taking on such a big project and always put our mind at ease and made the process very enjoyable. Tracy always kept us informed and answered any questions that came up and handled the numerous changes we made last minute without missing a beat. This was our 3rd pool I have built as a homeowner and will never go anywhere else.

My husband and I bought a home in November that had an in ground pool - which was part of the appeal when we were buying the house. Fast forward to the spring when it was time to open the pool and have a fun summer together in it. We paid to have water put in it and then paid a pool company up the street from us to open it/add chemicals for us. To our dismay, we found out that the pool was leaking, and on top of that, probably needed a full renovation! We were very let down and in panic mode because we knew the process of renovating a pool would be costly and a hassle.
We shopped around. We got quotes from four different pool companies. They were all within $5,000 of each other and 3 out of the 4 had good reviews online. What made us choose Aqua Pool & Patio in the beginning was that we found out that they were actually the ones who originally installed the pool at our home in 1984! We thought, who better to renovate the pool than the people who built it? Let me tell you, I am SO glad we made that decision.
Let's start with the people. Every person I talked to or had contact with, from the workers to the service manager was dependable, courteous and hardworking. Personally, I had SEVERAL emails back and forth with Chuck. I had so many questions about the process, the money, the reasoning behind things and every time I emailed him with a new question he emailed me back right away with an answer and never made me feel like I was bothering him. He actually always encouraged me to "keep the questions coming!" The crew who did the physical work on our pool were so hardworking and polite. They were there from about 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM each day and never left a mess and the work always looked amazing.
Chuck even set up for an electrician to come out to take care of the filter timer and other things and although he didn't work directly for Aqua Pool, he was also very courteous and did a great job.
Once the pool was complete, we had a "pool school" with Dave to teach us about taking care of the pool and how to deal with the chemicals and cleaning and he was super nice and took care of all of our questions.
In the beginning, my husband and I were petrified of this project but now that it's about 99% complete, we are in awe of how smoothly things went. Yes, it was costly, and we knew it would be; but now we have a brand spanking new pool that looks gorgeous and we didn't have to go out of our way or daily lives to get it done. The project in total probably took about 2-3 weeks. Each time Chuck would email me with an update on what was going to happen next, I was in shock as to how quickly it all was happening. We thought for sure we would only have a week or so before the end of summer that we could use our pool. But because of the quick timeline on it, we will get at least a month, maybe a bit more out of it this year. Aqua Pool even coordinates with several water delivery companies in the area and takes care of getting the water delivered for you, which was a big time saver for us.
We also were lucky because the original, standard coping that we were going to have installed was several months out on manufacturing. Because of this, so we wouldn't have to wait months, Chuck gave us an upgraded coping at no charge! Everyone comments on how nice the coping and tiling all goes together now. It really is very pretty and elegant.
We would absolutely recommend Aqua Pool & Patio for your pool needs. We will continue to use them for any issues we may have as well as yearly maintenance and opening and closing of our pool.

Aqua built our pool 15 years ago. They did an amazing job and it is still structurally perfect. They open, maintain, and close it for us annually and they keep it in tip top condition. Debbie, the service manager, is so quick to help whenever a need arises. I highly recommend them!

Aqua has been a pleasure to deal with. Chuck was phenomenal throughout the entire process. From start to finish, everyone from Aqua was receptive to our needs and answered our questions in a timely manner. The pool looks absolutely stunning and we would recommend Aqua to anyone.

My pool was built in1979 by Aqua, and we were the third neighbor to have an Aqua pool, both sides of our home have Aqua pools. They have been phenomenal in taking care of the pool when needed. I did have a leak problem 4 years ago and Aqua came out and fixed it at no charge. They are great people to work with and their employees are great as well.

Aqua Pool designed and built my pool about 25 years ago and have serviced it ever since. The pool is very beautiful and just what my husband and I wanted. Their service is excellent. Debbie, the service manager, could not be more responsive. She is always on top of things and ready to deal with whatever problems arise. An excellent company overall. I highly recommend them.

The design and construction process was extremely smooth and lots of fun! Aqua Pool kept us posted on exactly what would be happening throughout the process so we never wondered what was going on. Even with a very rainy spring, they completed the pool on schedule and we were swimming by the target completion date! The service group has been very willing to work with us and meet our needs. We had some unique requests given the location of the pool on our property and they were very willing to adjust to the situation and come up with a solution for us. They continue to follow-up to ensure we are satisfied and to gather any feedback from us. I highly recommend Aqua Pool!

Although our pool was not built by Aqua Pool, we have been using them for opening, closing and weekly maintenance for the past 20 years. We find both the office staff and technicians very helpful and professional. If we have an issue, they are right on it and solve the problem! A special shout out to Debbie Callender, the service manager, who has always helped us in times of need and Rashid Brooks, who does a fantastic job of our weekly maintenance. Just too many people to single out, so thank you to all the staff for 20 years of great service!

Aqua Pool built my pool ~ 14 years ago. They have serviced it and performed maintenance and repairs ever since. There was one year a switched to a local maintenance provider who was slightly less expensive -- it turned out he was not very good. I have switched back to Aqua Pool and they continue to do a great job at everything needed to keep my pool, clean, safe, and running. They are excellent. I highly recommend.

When we bought a home with a 2.5 year old Aqua Pool last year, we were told to expect quality and dependability from the pool and good customer service from Aqua. We have since learned that expectation was based on the reputation Aqua earned under its first generation of ownership that its current owner is slowly destroying.

We found our 2.5 year old Aqua Pool developed major structural cracks and no longer holds water. Rather than stand behind their reputation and work to make things right, Aqua deflects responsibility and dodges questions. After over a year of patiently trying to work with Aqua, we have yet to even receive an estimate for the complete repair; they can put a pool in the ground but have no idea what to do once their shoddy build results in structural failure.  We have consulted engineers and third party contractors, and have only heard that the pool’s premature failure is likely a result of poor workmanship.

Turns out our experience isn’t an isolated incident. Aqua will be happy to sell you a beautiful pool with high end features, at a premium price. They’ll tout their lifetime warranty. But a warranty is only as good as the company that backs it. And once your pool is done and your final installment check has been cashed, Aqua Pool already has all they care about from you.

A new pool is a significant investment. Choosing a pool builder you can trust with such a major project is a big decision. Save yourself from the nightmare we’ve endured and don’t put your trust in Aqua Pool.

Now, if you’re just looking for a place to have your pool water tested and to buy your chemicals and supplies, the staff in the store are really friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

March 2024 to July 2025 and STILL UNFINISHED. A number of unaddressed issues with their installation. Problems from day 1.
They initially refused to provide the $30k+ automatic cover I paid in full for - which was not only illegal , but an enormous liability putting children and animals at risk, not following code, and preventing me from obtaining insurance . And they have STILL refused to provide ALL 20+ of the jet heads for the pool - that are paid for in full- insisting I pay for their cracked, rough plaster that has depressed spots, rough patches, and stains. The shallow end has ongoing issues and is so rough in spots that it cuts my daughter’s toes and makes them bleed. The brand new bluestone coping is chipped in multiple places with gaps and missing mortar. Look over your contract carefully as they use their contracts to justify terrible quality work, poor customer service, and instead of taking accountability or pride in their product, they use the terms of their contracts to protect their shoddy craftsmanship, their incredible incompetence, and their absolute disrespect and disregard for their for clients. Aqua did my opening and closing. The men arrived as scheduled(early), were very professional, efficient and paid attention to every detail. They cleaned up prior to leaving and made sure that my pool was working properly. The same 2 men also installed a pool railing for me a little later in the season, and again, the same positive experience. Closing also went smoothly.
Every time that I went into the showroom to get water tested, the experience was very positive. Showed me the results and wrote out detailed instructions. Their knowledge and detail for everything kept my pool running smoothly all summer. I highly recommend Aqua Pool and Patio. I am looking forward to the same experience next year

Aqua Pool put our pool in 12 years ago and whenever we have had a problem they have handled the situation in a timely and professional manner.
This past weekend we discovered our big filter had a crack in it that I tried to fix with duct tape (yikes)but I called Deb and she immediately asked me for pictures and sent a fabulous crew the next day of Tyler and Daryl who replaced and fixed the issue and saved us from a situation that could have had HUGE problems!!
Deb is amazing and the techs are friendly and knowledgable..it’s a top notch organization!!

Our decision to go ahead with a pool project was a giant one for us. In addition to the typical concerns, we also had a significant drainage problem on our property, which made me very nervous to even try this.

After interviewing multiple pool, companies, over several years, we decided that AquaPool would be the best fit for us because of the quality of the product they deliver. This was evident from our first meeting, significant time was taken and details were thoroughly explained with us to ensure that we were getting exactly what we wanted.

Prior to the construction, I met with the construction team, to go over the build process in detail, after this meeting I immediately knew that we were in the best of hands. With over 40 years of experience, the team had similar concerns for the particulars of the property and drainage issues as I did. knowing they were on the job to mitigate these problems literally allowed me to sleep at night.

The construction process itself was straightforward, we were given a basic timeline for each part of the process and we were notified before each part began via email and or text so we were very informed, the communication was excellent.

All members of their team have been great, everyone we came in contact with was a pleasure to deal with.

It goes without saying, we would highly recommend AquaPool to anyone looking for a beautiful gunite pool.

Aqua Pool installed my pool and has been opening and closing it for over 20 years. Debbie in the home office is terrific and Charlie and Darryl did an outstanding job opening my pool this past week. Great attention to the small details and they took pride in their work. I can always count on Aqua Pool to do the job right.

Designing and building a Gunite pool is a significant project, and we were so impressed by the professionalism of Aqua Pool & Patio. From initial discussions and design, through the actual construction, every aspect was perfectly executed and on time. It’s quite a complex process overall, and requires many specialized teams to perform each task with perfection. They did an incredible job creating our pool, and it is absolutely gorgeous. Let them also recommend a professional landscaping company that they work with. Having both involved early in discussions makes the project so much easier to manage and visualize.
