AWESOME company. Staff went above and beyond to fit me in their schedule to help me the first time and I’ve stuck with them. They’re very experienced and took care of some stubborn stains on my carpet without overusing smelly chemicals. House always smells fresh and clean! 😃But most importantly, I can trust Familia 100% even if I’m not home, and that is absolutely priceless. I cannot emphasize enough how much I recommend Familia!! ❤️❤️

I was lucky to work with Familia Cleaning Services after buying my first home before moving in. There were several lovely floor rugs that came with the home that were in need of cleaning. Patricia and Brenda were so nice to work with and they were incredibly responsive. It was easy to schedule with them - they were very accommodating and had available appointments within about a week after initially reaching out. I was kept updated every step of the way - from scheduling, to day of, to the cleaning team on their way, to progress pictures! Hemersson and Maria Alice were thorough and obviously experienced taking care of older rugs like mine. Best of all, my rugs look fantastic!

Familia Cleaning did an outstanding post construction cleaning after we had over 1500sf of wood floors refinished. Honestly dust was everywhere. They did a remarkable job so much so they are now our bi-weekly cleaners.
