The owners of this company are fabulous, very responsive to all of our household needs. The staff is so efficient and nice. They all do a great job. If there ever is a problem they are right their to fix it. Best Cleaning crew we have had.

I don’t recommend this company at all. We just bought a new house in August and asked for a deep clean prior to putting furniture in. What we got was a very basic clean. First, they gave us a time slot when they would arrive and arrived a couple hours after the slot which threw off our entire day as we had other things to take care of. As they were cleaning, they were vacuuming the carpet. Since we asked for a DEEP clean we wanted the carpet shampooed. We asked and they said they didn’t have the machine and it would need to be requested? Why wouldn’t they have the machine for a deep clean? Strike one. The ladies did not speak English so we had to use translation on our phones. Once the ladies were done I started looking around. I noticed they didn’t clean inside of the kitchen cabinets and asked them to do so. They started cleaning. I saw them cleaning some out then I walked away as we are also doing work on the house and I shouldn’t have to babysit. Once they said everything was done, it was getting late and starting to get dark and we needed to leave as that was not the plan to be there that late. We spoke to their boss, paid and left. Next few days we are starting to put some things in the house and I noticed one of the top shelves in the kitchen wasn’t cleaned. I look at some other shelves and all the top shelves, they were disgusting. The ladies I guess just went over it with a wet rag instead of a deep clean that we paid for. The top of the fridge was not clean, nor behind the fridge and stove. I will show pictures. I called the company letting the man know what the issue was. He said he needed to call his boss, as he is the assistant , to see what they can do. After some time went by I called back multiple times and they would not answer and later texted me back stating his English wasn’t good and couldn’t talk on the phone. He was literally speaking perfectly fine English so that was a lie. Then proceeded to say even tho they did not clean well they can not refund any money due to the amount of hours they spent there. I’m urging everyone to please not use this company. They are extremely fraudulent.

UPDATE: In response to the cleaners. Yes, the cleaning was in late June. I contacted you on July 8th. You stated you did charge for anything that wasn’t cleaned. We paid you on the date of service. July 8th is when you saw via photos what was not cleaned and definitely included in the service. So we did pay for things that were not done that should have been done. I’ve also attached your text that did not state you were on another call but you referred to your English not being good when I understood your English pretty well when I spoke to you. Further more, we had just purchased the house and did not move any furniture in for weeks so we didn’t see the issue until the 8th. No need to respond again. This is terrible and fraudulent service. You want to highlight exact dates on when the service was done but don’t want to highlight the work your company has done, and didn’t do. Where is the explanation for your workers not doing the job we paid for? Disgusting.

I can't say enough good things!! My lawn looks AH-MAZING. Price is unbeatable for the outstanding quality of work. Extremely responsive, even in a busy season. I have a lawn that needs some extra care, and Andrew was not only accommodating but a real pleasure to deal with!

This is basically a one man show and he has a few workers for him. He (Vince) may not answer your call right away but will return it within a day or so. When he installed my system he was very courteous and knowledgeable. Not sure why this score on here is so low as I never had any issues with him and I'm pretty critical with contractors.

As a first time home owner, Vince has made it easy for me and is an absolute pleasure to work with. He took time out of his day to teach me how to use the existing sprinkler system. In a world where most services/businesses don’t call you back, he is really a breath of fresh air.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Green Acres for over a decade, and I’ve never had any reason to complain. Vince, the owner, is incredibly responsive and has promptly resolved a couple of emergencies I’ve encountered. His prices are also quite reasonable.

As mentioned in other reviews, this is a relatively small business, so you may need to leave a message. However, someone will get back to you within a day or so. If it's an emergency expect a call back pretty quickly.

I have zero reservations recommending Green Acres Irrigation.

Vince has been servicing my irrigation system for about 3 years now and has been excellent to work with. When I bought the house the sprinkler system was a complete mess with many leaks and about half of the sprinkler heads were broken or wouldn't pop up. Vince completely overhauled the system even adding an additional zone and it is now working great. I would highly recommend Green acres Irrigation.

Cjay's is a great personable business. They do my landscaping year round and take care of the extra things I need done as well. Great customer service I would and have recommended them to others.
