Terrible, do not use this Company.The crew is very rude and non professional. Not trained very well. Some of them do not know the difference between a weed a plant or how to mow a lawn.......

Lazy workers. I really dislike talking about companies and the workers in it, but this crew doesn't blow the grass off my step because the neighbor has a dog that barks out the glass. They don't do any trim work , they leave grass in the parking lot and they leave dead grass on the lawn , they tear up the grass and leave tracks. I'm disappointed.

Not good! They take care of Highcroft Place and it’s gone downhill over the years. Definitely wouldn’t hire them for anything.

Do not suggest booking, they book city jobs employees cleaning parks blew dirt and rocks directly at my car and when i emailed and called the company I still have not received any response and forced to take to small claims court

There idea of a Fall Cleanup is to mow the lawn and bag it. needless to say there were many leaves left when they were done. Then tried to get a hold of them for three weeks with no response. Find a good company for your lawn care needs.

Worst person ever. Guy road rages with his company truck. He shouldn’t be operating any vehicle on the road.

I live in a condominium complex and Bill's has been doing our work for about 2 years now and they do a fantastic job especially plowing. Our driveways and streets are done first thing in the morning not at night after the storm is done like the last company that was here.

Didn't shovel walk way for elderly residents

This company was hired by my apartment complex. For mowing and weed-whacking, I would give them 4 stars. For anything else, 0 to 1 star. They contracted to plant foundation plantings and trees. They planted perennial plants and shrubs directly under the dripline from overflowing gutters, and planted perennials with the crown of the plant above the soil line. They did not add peat or topsoil to the holes, just augured the holes and plunked them in. They planted perennials with no regard to how much sun they would receive. The trees are a horrible disaster. They planted them several days ago, a good 1/4 are already dead. They don't know what they're doing with anything except mowing.

Made an agreement to have a tree removed. Sent a crew with the wrong equipment. Said they'd reschedule. Never did
Never responded to calls or a letter.
Incompetent, uncommunicative. And put homeowners in jeopardy. Should not be licensed.

To everyone out there don't call Bill's landscaping for any work except close to the ground work. I called them to trim back branches one tire side of tree and Bill kept giving me excuses why it would be two tuff and that he wants to cut the trunks back. The truth he Bill wants to cut the trunks back because it easier and less work then going up the trunk and cutting the branches off. So Bill just wants easy quick money. Hell Bill quoted me $2,100 dollars to remove to narrow trunks and he wanted to leave the trunks behind which is rediculous. So in plain English no one wants to work and they want easy money.

One of their employees put a rock through my front door window with my 6 year old standing behind it.. Employee didnt apologize at all. The said they would replace the door. Called twice with no resolution. Going on a month and a half with no new door... great job guys.

Bill’s Landscaping came after a storm in July 2021. The team was amazing! The work was done professionally and quickly. I was very impressed with their customer service and service in general. I highly recommend this company! Jill

Wonderful work done from Bill's. Workers were diligent with being very careful taking down our extra tall pine tree that was close to wires and houses.
Cleaned up well after the job also. Would definitely use them again!
