Saulo and the Smart Electrical team were excellent. Had a Tesla wall charger installed. Required a very long run from the circuit junction box to where I needed the charger installed in my garage. The work was performed efficiently by the crew with minimal if any mess/debris from the work done. The charger was placed exactly where I wanted it to be placed and is thus far working flawlessly. The charger passed town inspection for the permit pulled for the work to install the charger.

Saulo was excellent about communication and the team showed up on time and finished the work within 1 day. I would definitely recommend Saulo and the Smart Electrical team for installation of a Tesla wall charger. I will also likely be using them for some other electrical needs that I have around the house in the near future.

Based on the excellent reviews I saw online, I reached out to Smart Electrical Solutions to help with the electrical installation of PDLC Smart Film on a door and some windows in my home.

Saulo quickly scheduled a time to come by for a free estimate to get a better sense of the project and shortly thereafter followed up with an extremely reasonable quote. I then worked with Saulo and Brenda to coordinate an installation date that would work with the film company’s installation of the PDLC Smart Film. I really appreciated their flexibility in scheduling the installation because the film company didn’t have a firm date for when the PDLC Smart Film would arrive since it was being sent from overseas.

On the day of the actual installation, the technicians (Aaron and Juan Carlos) arrived on time (and I was also notified that they were on their way, which is something I really appreciate), and immediately started setting up their workplace to ensure my home was protected while they worked. Throughout the installation Aaron and Juan Carlos answered the (many) questions I had and also ensured I was consulted about various aspects of the job (e.g., where I wanted to run the wires, preference for how to cover them up, location of the power box, etc.).

Once they finished, they made sure my home was spotless before leaving and triple-checked to ensure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied with how things turned out (I was extremely satisfied).

The electricians were diligent and courteous. They focused on fixing an underlying issue with a recessed light, which was tricky to repair because the space was tight. They cleaned the space afterwards and offered helpful suggestions on repairing the surrounding drywall.
