Reviews of local pros in Fairfield, Connecticut

Saulo and Juan Carlos provided a detailed estimate with all the recommended features for the charger to perform optimally.
Brenda was always available to discuss it, along with availability and pricing.
The installation was thoroughly and neatly done, including software configuration. They also got the proper permits with the town and will schedule an inspection.
Since Smart Electric is a Tesla installation partner, all the details of the unit and the job were communicated to Tesla.
I have peace of mind that the charger will work reliably, even when using generator power

Great crew -- Vinny, Juan Carlos, and Cam were focused, accommodating, patient, problem-solving, and courteous. (Even with my kids around and super curious!) Prices were competitive, and scheduling was simple and flexible. The owner, Saulo, and his admin team (Brenda) were communicative and accommodating throughout our renovation project. Would highly recommend!

Saulo and his team were great to work with. Responsive, fairly priced, and did a great job installing my Tesla wall charger. Would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Smart Electrical Solutions for a car charger install. Very knowledgeable and great communication throughout the process. Saulo was very helpful in answering questions. The install team is very professional and does quick work. Good experience throughout.

Saulo with Smart Electrical Solutions is very professional, explains the task, has so much integrity. I am definitely continuing to use him as needed and highly recommend him as an electrician to others looking for someone honest and trustworthy!

We had Smart Electrical Solutions install a Tesla car charger. Brenda was so friendly and nice to work with to schedule the initial walk-through and then subsequent install and town permit appointments. All the work was thoroughly explained by Saulo and he provided options on the estimate so we could understand the cost of various pieces of the work . The final work was done by Juan Carlos and Aaron. They worked quickly and we were very happy with the whole process. We would definitely recommend Smart Electrical Solutions and use them again.

In my experience it’s difficult to find an electrician who is responsive and also does quality work. This company covered both. They had great communication, were receptive to all questions and concerns, and completed the work as requested. Is recommend them to anyone

Saulo's team is very professional. Communication is smooth, answers questions promptly and on time with all of our appointment. The installation is great and the technician explained to me the steps very clearly. 5 Stars & Highly recommend!

A really top notch group from Saulo on down! Everyone I've spoken with has great things to say about them, including the building inspector. My own personal experience to date has been wonderful as well! So far Aaron and Juan Carlos have done a great job replacing the main panel, installing a 48 Amp Tesla Wall Charger w 60 Amp Breaker and Load Meter, and adding additional GFI outlets. They were also able to quickly help troubleshoot recessed lighting/a few finicky plugs and were overall a pleasure to have in the home. Saulo is an excellent communicator and really knows his stuff. Hope to have them back to do more work in the future!

We just bought an older home and had several items come up in the inspection. We hired Smart Electrical Solutions to fix these issues and I’m very happy that we did! The entire team was very knowledgeable, great with communicating, and educating you on what they were doing. There was another unexpected issue that came up and they figured it out and fixed it the same day, which I very much appreciated!
Pricing was fair and clearly outlined.

Smart Electrical Solutions did a fantastic job installing a Tesla Wall Connector and wired floodlight cameras. The team was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Pricing was straightforward and accurate. Will definitely hire them again.

We are more than thrilled with the great work Smart Electric did for us. We had a complex job involving running two electric circuits over 400 feet from the house to the front gate, involving drilling through concrete and masonry, digging a trench across other plumbing and electric lines, navigating large stones that are common in the ground, and creating a direct connection to the front gate.

Smart Electric was prompt in scheduling the inspection, gave us a clearly articulated and detailed quote, coordinated the work with the landscaper, and completed the work ahead of time. The wiring was perfect for the gate and also gave us additional capacity to add other fixtures.

We will definitely use Smart Electric again for other work.

Thank you SES. Excellent job installing my EV charger. Fast efficient, clean, professional. Arrived on time. Thorough job and explained everything. Very pleased. Tesla recommended electrician .

Saulo and his guys were very professional, thorough, and flexible with timing. Highly recommend his team if you want quality work done.

Saulo and team are rockstars regarding Electrical installations.
Electrical installations are serious business, and not cheap. Smart Electric is connected to all the code requirements to keep your installations safe.
They are serious and stick to the planned schedule, which is a must have for any remodel/construction execution. They do share upfront ANY expenses, any change of plans they provide upfront the cost changes, which allows you to keep track of expending during the work. (I wish all contractors and professionals in remodels/construction had the same strict policy of up fronting costs and execution timeline).

I had a full home remodel(3 bed, 4 bath, ~1800sqft), with installations of:
- Wiring data cables cat-6 throughout my home
- Preparation for home automation on light switches, shades, and media
- Replacement of all house light switches
- Moving outlets and light switches according to my designer plans
- Installation of under cabinet lights
- Installation of light fixtures throughout the house
- Splitting outlets, and power supply across the house into individual breakers
- Bathroom sconces and bedroom bed lighting
- Frame TV wall inset installation
- Heated flooring for my bathrooms (all of them)
- Few more items I might not remember at this time.

I'll definitely do more business with Smart Electric in the future, in my next houses, apartments, and buildings.

I recently had an EV charger installed in my home by Smart Electrical Solutions, and I have to say, I'm extremely impressed with their work. From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and efficient.

When I first contacted Smart Electrical Solutions, they were quick to respond and set up a consultation to discuss my needs. During the consultation, the team asked thoughtful questions to better understand my situation and provided me with clear and concise information about my options. They also provided a detailed estimate, so I knew exactly what I was getting into.

On installation day, the team arrived promptly, and got straight to work. They were respectful of my home and property, and made sure to clean up after themselves. The installation itself was seamless, and they took the time to explain how to use the charger and answer any questions I had.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Smart Electrical Solutions. The team, including Saulo, Carlos, and Vinny, were fantastic to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for electrical services. If you're looking for a reliable and professional team, look no further than Smart Electrical Solutions!

I had my EV charger installed today, and I couldn't be happier with the service! Aaron and Juan Carlos were fantastic throughout the process. Saulo provided me with valuable information about wall charger installation and the various products available on the market. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I appreciated being asked for my opinion on the most convenient location for the charger. I highly recommend Smart Electrical Solutions if you're looking to have a wall charger installed in your home.

Installed my Tesla wall connector today. Installers were very professional and pleasant and did a clean job. Overall experience is excellent with transparent communication and fair price. Highly recommend.

Another great experience with Smart Electrical (least year was a EV charger in the garage). Saulo came and gave a very reasonable (and well-written) quote last week for a Google Cam Floodlight and a power outlet we needed installing. Scheduling was made easy over text, with an ETA update as the techs were arriving. Yesterday Aaron and Juan Carlos came to do the work and they were very personable, asked the right questions and delivered with attention to detail. They obviously enjoy their work!

Great communication throughout, scheduling via text and easy online payment. Highly recommend this firm.

I called Smart Electrical System to install 3 hanging light fixtures and replace a faulty AC outlet and an older GFI. All around first-rate electrical work by Aaron and Juan Carlos. I was impressed how they were completely attentive to the nuances of the light fixtures, ensuring that they were suspended at precisely the correct height, adjusting as necessary.

Loved working with Saulo and his team. He did a complete rewire and panel upgrade for our investment property. He installed around 200 recessed lights, switches etc. He was very accomdating to our requests, knows the building codes, and gets the job done right. We will defiantly be using him again for future projects.
