Electrical reviews in Hartford, Connecticut

K.E.S is the only electrical company I use to service my electrical needs. He is very knowledgeable and does good work. Over the years he has offered me simple and understandable explanations of what the issue was, solely base on the minimal explanation he had been given. Therefore I have used him for several jobs, from installing and replacing old light fixtures, thermostats ceiling fans, breakers electrical rewiring, to outlet and switch repairs. He is professional and a protectionist. His prices are fair and are reflective of his great work. In the end you won’t be disappointed with the result. We need more honest and humble people in the world like him. God’s blessings upon you, Mr. Morrison.🙏🏽

Great quality electrical work and very easy to deal with. I had a number projects completed by Keno and everything went very smoothly and was well priced with timely delivery. Highly recommend!

I called Keno Electrical Systems and I spoke with Keno and he came out the same day. My garage had no power. The line was broken by all the tree roots over the years. Keno and his guys came and dig and ran pipe and replaced the underground wires in no time. This is what you call service. I found my electrician, the you Keno.

Keno is truly the man for the job! He was so profession, worked with our scheduling needs & showed so much kindness to my family. 100% our electrician going forward

On the day of Thanksgiving my stovetop stopped working. The following day I found Keno’s on Google and called them. They assisted me through the phone and within 5 minutes helped guide me to resolve the issue! What was an impending problem on my mind was fixed within minutes and handled with professionalism and kindness.
I would highly recommend Keno’s Electrical Systems LLC.

He was extremely helpful when I had company & one of my fuses blew cutting off power to multiple rooms in the house. He was able to resolve the problem quickly & professionally. I highly recommend & would definitely use this company again!

Keno is amazing! I had a problem with the outlets in my kitchen which made my fridge inoperable and my thermostat/furnace went out. It was a snowy and cold day so no other electrician could come out to see what the problem was. I was losing hope when I came across Keno's Electrical Service and decided to give him a call. Even though he also couldn't make it out to my house, instead of just brushing me off, he FaceTimed me so we could troubleshoot the problem together! We figured out what the issue was and got my fridge back up and running! Unbelievably kind and he has earned my trust! I highly recommend his service and will be using him for my future electrical needs!

MOST IMPORTANT REVIEW:

We had utilized Keno's electrical services recently for my newly bought townhouse in CT.

Keno possesses great professionalism, high-quality knowledge on electrical work, would show-up on time, and would get the job done.

Keno doesn't rush to finish up the work but rather pays attention to the details and certainly keeps your home clean.

Keno also has great listening skills and would educate you if you're struggling with any electrical work related questions.

Lastly, we had varieties of electrical work needed to be done ($$ amount in four digit!) and one of the most important quality we look for is someone without an attitude. Yes, that's important for us. We all know that we don't like to give hundreds and hundreds of dollar to someone who we don't like and/or shows us a bad attitude. Keno is polite and decent guy to deal with. We highly recommend him to everyone.

I had some electrical problems with no power in one section of my rental property. I called Keno and he was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue with high quality of service. He also made excellent suggestions on things he noticed needed improvement. I definitely recommend Keno if you’re looking for the highest quality of work.

Excellent, friendly service. Keno was at our property within 24 hours and solved our tenants problem quickly. I’d highly recommend Keno for your next project. We will absolutely be doing business with them again.

Thank you, Keno Electrical Systems, for troubleshooting and fixing my electrical nightmare! All of my smart home light switches stopped working (either will not turn on/off, or there is a delay in response). Unlike other businesses that couldn’t diagnose the problem, or brushed off my service requests, Keno was kind and professional. He arrived on time on the date of service (despite coming from 1.5 hours away) and went above and beyond to make sure everything is fixed. He is a Master Electrician and his expertise certainly shows through his work. A+++ electrician - highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Keno Electrical System (KES) to update the electrical panel in my home, and I am beyond impressed with both the quality of work and the level of professionalism he displayed throughout the process. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, Keno was outstanding. He was incredibly thorough in explaining what the update would entail. His transparency about the process and the costs involved was refreshing/educating and greatly appreciated. The update to my electrical panel was completed efficiently and with great attention to details, he took extra measures to rerun the cables through the studs which would allow the basement to have a clean finish when completed. His service also enhanced the safety and functionality of my home's electrical system, all while ensuring compliance with current electrical codes. KES exemplifies what it means to provide excellent customer service and expert electrical solutions. I am thoroughly pleased with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of electrical updates or repairs.

So happy I found K.E.S without a doubt he is an expert. I had planned to get bids from several electricians, but once I met with Keno the search was concluded. Not only was he prompt, honest and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Keno was upfront with project cost & time, and had completed everything well ahead of what was promised. Keno's work is meticulously planned out and executed to perfection. Would highly recommend him, thanks Keno!
