Root-Rooter did a great job for me. I had a kitchen sink clog. Charles came quickly, and worked very hard to find and dislodge the backup. It was not an easy job, but with the proper equipment and persistence, he got the pipe free again. Five stars!

This repair was done at the Iverson Playhouse. They had an issue with the drain backing up in two sinks. The technician did a great job, finding a problem and straightening it out and clearing the line.

Great experience! We had an emergency situation late on Sunday night and had to call Roto-Rooter. From beginning to end, we were treated with prompt and courteous attention. Charles showed up an hour after we placed the call. He was friendly, courteous, professional and had a calming presence in the face of a little panic. He quickly assessed the situation , explained what had to be done and got right to work. After working diligently, he was successful in solving the problem. Very grateful for his knowledge and professionalism!

Very unpleasant to work with this company. Dispatch and the plumber didn’t understand what I was saying at all regardless of how precise I was explaining. The plumber arrived at my house 5 hours late, looked at the issue for 3 minutes, and misdiagnosed the issue as being the radiator leaking. I know it was a misdiagnosis because I found the issue after he left and fixed it myself. I tried explaining to the plumber why it wasn’t the radiator at all, but he could barely speak English and couldn’t understand what I was saying. That was very frustrating when I was explaining exactly what the issue was and it went right over his head. This company also doesn’t work on pipes if they’re connected to a boiler. If you even mention the word boiler, it seems they lock up and won’t listen to anything else you have to say. What plumber doesn’t work on pipes? I called another company and asked if they work on boiler pipes and they thought it was really weird the other company wouldn’t do that. Thankfully they don’t charge the $125 fee just to come look at the issue

He showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and worked efficiently to clear the clog completely. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was going on. Within 30 minutes my sink was draining perfectly again!
