The plumber did an excellent job replacing our pipe. He was very professional, arrived on time, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently and the area was left very clean afterward.

My service person Joshua arrived as scheduled, was at all times professional, courteous, personable and knowledgeable in clearing my sewer line. He successfully cleared the sewer line. He clearly explained to me what he found, discussed with me the work he performed and fully answered all my questions. Has a final step he asked me to run all the water in the house and he showed me with his camera that the water was flowing freely through my sewer line to the main in the street. He also provided me helpful tips for preventing sewer line blockages in the future.

Our drains were completely clogged. I called Roto-Rooter and they had a technician out to our house in less than two hours. Charles was professional and courteous. He explained everything he was proposing to do and the costs up front. He discussed the work with me as he did it. He was thorough and clean. He fixed the problem. He got the drains unclogged by snaking them. We tested everything to make sure the water (and sewage) flowed - which it did. He left the workspace clean. Charles was excellent! Based on this experience, I would recommend Roto-Rooter and Charles!

Charlie was great. He tried his best to clear out a clog in my sewer drain. The large snake would only go so far. He said sometimes the smaller snake can get through. He lugged that one down and still hit roots from my bushes outside. We ran the camera down and verified it was a mess with the roots.
Kudos to him for trying so hard so I wouldn't have to get the pipe replaced. In the end, that's what'll have to be done. Not for lack of effort. Charlie was very courteous and explained everything as he went along. I would recommend him for any job to be done and get you out of a bind that you couldn't handle yourself.
