Outstanding service, better than what we expected, especially at this price! They showed up on time, and were extremely thorough, and very friendly. The house is cleaner now than when we moved in! After a different cleaning service no-call no-showed us the day before our house was set to go on the market, we called Sunflora and they absolutely saved the day. They were able to fit us in at the last minute and they did a beautiful job! They were friendly and professional and got our single-story house sparkling in about 3 hours. I wish I had before-pictures to show how bad our kitchen was, but you can see they left it spotless!

Saw the owner (Ryan) of this company on two separate occasions having what could only be described as a meltdown, cussing at employees at both a lumber store and another time at a pizza restaurant. No employees should have to put up with what I saw no matter what the circumstances! The language was colorful to say the least.

Contacted Santor to switch a property I purchased from a multi family to a single family, consolidating the separate 100 amp panels down into one 200 amp panel with subpanel. I reached out to Santor and 3 other local electricians, one of which gave me a quote and never followed back up, two of which never even came out to give me a quote.

Santor not only located the 200 amp panel and even the single meter (not easy nowadays) and fit me in on the schedule on short notice but worked with me seamlessly coordinating between myself, the town (for which I pulled the permit) and Eversource to get everything done on time. Left the house in the morning and came back to a finished product and everything worked as if nothing had been modified. Town inspector came out a week later and gave the thumbs up with no complaints completing the process.

Good and responsive contractors nowadays are extremely hard to come by, Santor is deficiently among them, highly recommend.

The technician and office staff were very knowledgeable and professional. The technician arrived on time, as scheduled. I had an interlock system installed on my circuit breaker so I can use a generator during power outages. After completing his work, the technician stayed to show us exactly how to hook up our generator and he gave us tips for how to make it easy to use. The price quoted was exactly what we paid when the job was finished. Would definitely recommend this company!
