They were great! They communicated really well, did exactly as asked and were honest about what trees really had to come down and ones that could wait. The biggest help was they worked within our budget, they made it possible to take down necessary trees that could affect our home without price gouging us. Will use them again for the next batch of trees we couldn’t do this time.

was quoted around 5 hours and $900-$1200 for a tree removal from several places. LETTS did ours for half the price and only took them 1hr. They’re extremely professional and clean up your entire yard after. If you want guys that know their trade I highly recommend LETTS.

Our neighbors used them to cut down an old maple. Got a free quote that day and they were out within a few weeks to perform the work. Very impressed with the quality and the price, very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this company. Our cat had been stuck in a tree for 3 days! One phone call and they headed out! Eddie was kind, and certainly patient when the cat kept climbing! We were in quite a pickle and he solved the issue with some quick thinking! Letts tree service is saved in my phone! Highly recommend!

Columbia Lake Property: Eddie did a walk through and asked all the essential questions including the location of our septic and leach field and where the ground may be soft or wet. He helped us to prioritize the work and stay within our budget. He and his crew felled four large trees and limbed four others, all of which were in tight spots and required skilled workmanship. He and his crew were respectful of our property and our neighbor’s property.
They are friendly, hard working, and a pleasure to work with. We are quite pleased to recommend them.

Eddie was amazing!!! My cat was stuck a tree behind house. She was stuck 40 feet in a tree for almost 3 days. After calling anyone and everyone ( including every local tree service company from Willimantic to Montville) we were lucky enough to find LETTS Tree Service and Eddie came out immediately! He was so kind and professional! He understood our desperation and need; and was at my house within 10 minutes! Our crazy cat is home safe Now!! No Other Tree Service would even consider helping us. I'd highly recommend Eddie and his team. They took down a maple next to my driveway that was in danger of falling on my car. They were very professional, worked well together, and quickly removed and chipped the wood. All that at a good price!

After receiving some extremely highly priced quotes, and being told that the removal of one tree would be around $1500 and take 7-10 hours to remove , we reached out to this company. within an hour of sending in for a free quote. The owner called us and said he would be able to come over within the next half an hour to speak to us. Eddie the owner extremely professional and well spoken. He gave us an amazing quote and less than one week later, he removed the tree keeping us informed through the whole process (we were unable to be home during the removal).He did an amazing job and cleaned up everything leaving our property spotless. He and his team are extremely professional, well, mannered and good hearted people. He takes pride in his work and does a phenomenal job. I will recommend his company to everybody I know. Five stars does not do this company justice.

Had a large branch split and fall over but not down during an extremely windy rainy storm last week. Eddy and his team came by on a Sunday morning thereafter as planned. Gave us a very fair quote for the job and then did the job on the spot! Had to navigate around our pool, a picket fence and our clothes line to bring down the broken limb and the remaining limb still standing that now was weakened by the split. They did a great job. We recently had several large trees fall during a wind storm in Mansfield. Eddie from Letts tree service provided excellent service in cleanup and removal of the trees and brush on the property. He was very responsive, dependable, and efficient in getting the job done exceeding all expectations. Would highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Eddie & his crew from Lett's Tree Service. During a recent storm one of our very large pine trees in the front of our house was struck by lightning & severely damaged. We called for an estimate & Eddie came out the next day, quoted us for 2 large pines & put us on his calendar. Eddie & his guys showed up first thing in the morning, worked thru the drizzle & thru lunch. The professionalism expressed by Eddie & crew was outstanding. They were courteous, knowledgeable & extremely diligent workers. They cleaned up & raked each site. It's a great feeling to know Lett's is local & I would not hesitate to contact them for future tree removal.

Top Notch Service!!! Eddie and his crew arrived on time, professional, kind, asked questions, cleaned as they went, his team moved-no slacking here and ran the job like a dream!! Less could be said by a previous tree company we used in the fall, hence why we went with someone else. Eddie and his crew will be on my list for tree removal. I’ll be sure to share with others on the excellent service with which him and his crew provided!! Prices were very affordable, too! Don’t go with the big companies with flashy names and new vehicles. Stick small and local, glad we did!

I had a tall dead pine tree that was crooked and scary looking during storms. They came out today and cut it down, it was fascinating to watch. I would high recommend Lett’s Tree Removal, excellent customer service and you can count on them when they say they will be there.
