    I've been working with Jim and Bruce Patsun for the past several months on a family room and two car garage addition at our house in Northern Connecticut. We couldn't be any happier with the results of the project. As for cost, we were highly satisfied with cost of the overall project. The price of what we paid very much so accurately reflects the final product we had planned to build. From excavation, concrete, framing, to finish carpentry, Jim and Bruce did an excellent job both overseeing and executing the project. Jim spent a great deal of time planning the job as well, ensuring my wife and I were always "in the loop" on progress, recommendations on potential changes, etc. regarding the plan. They also arrived promptly every morning to ensure they got in a full days work. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship are top-notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build or renovate their house!
