The owner of C&M, Brian, came out to our home and took the time to explain every step of the processes that would be employed to clean our pool deck, and our roof. Scheduling was not an issue, and they came out to do the work Less than two weeks after our first contact. Their technicians, Chris and Christian, were very professional, friendly and focused on the job they were performing, and willing to further explain the processes and chemicals that were being applied. They were extra careful to avoid any runoff into our pool and our plantings.
The results of their soft scrub deck wash around our pool were immediate and amazingly effective. Our pool deck looks cleaner and brighter than when we moved in six years ago. Also, our 15 year old roof looks almost new and two shades lighter. The cost was quite reasonable, and both Brian and Nina were very honest and responsive to each of our needs. We will recommend C&M Services for any type of outdoor cleaning to all of our neighbors and friends!

Had Chris out to wash the exterior of the house and windows. We asked last minute for him to wash the roof as well and both Chris and Nina were very accommodating. Chris did a great job, was very thorough and took his time. The house looks great! Both on site staff and office staff were great. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

We were so impressed by the wonderful service we received from C&M Services. We had our, deck, fence, stairs as well as garage cleaned and the difference is unbelievable. They were very quick to get us an estimate and perform the work. Everyone we dealt with during the process was extremely professional and courteous. They showed up exactly when they were supposed to and did not leave until the last details had been completed. We recommend them very highly.

The crew of C&M Services did an amazing job power washing our siding, deck and roof. Our gutters look brand new. They were very careful around our gardens and fishpond, covering the pond and spraying down the gardens, stepping through them very delicately when necessary. They took their time and were very thorough. We are very impressed with the work they did and would recommend them to friends.

Chris from C&M came down to my works building and made it look brand new!! We had excessive rust stains on our white brick that he took care of, went the extra mile on several areas and completely exceeded all of my expectations for how well I thought it was possible. We enjoyed working with this company. They were so professional, responded to our request almost immediately which seems rare these days. The owners are great people I worked mostly with Nina and she’s amazing! They power washed our house and then our roof of our house and roof of our garage, they did our sidewalks which look amazing, they did all the fencing and the gutters are perfect. Everything you could ask for! They were so nice and professional and always made me aware if there was any chemicals on the ground because I did have to bring my elderly dog outside when they were here. Such nice guys he kept me informed of everything it was just a really pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them they did excellent work and I would definitely use them again

C&M Services provided exceptional service! They were able to come out and provide a quote shortly after I requested one. The quote was detailed and itemized which was very helpful in determining the work I wanted done. They came out to perform the actual roof wash within a couple weeks after I confirmed the services and the work was exceptional. All of the mold, moss, and mildew was cleaned up and my roof looks like new.

Used C&M a couple of years ago. They were able to get all the streaks off of our roof when we moved into our first home. They did a really nice job and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!
