Chris came to my home and power washed it, it came out amazing!! He’s great at his job and very personable also. I couldn’t be happier with the job he did!!! I would highly recommend C&M services!!

We contracted with C&M services over the winter to have our Vinyl Siding professionally washed along with all the trim and gutters. We received a proposal in a timely fashion after one of their technicians visited our property to assess scope and need and we also received additional service option recommendations broken out with very detailed explanation of the services and associated costs for consideration

The moment the weather started to get warmer we were contacted by C&M and scheduled the work for today.

When we arrived home from work we found our house to be gleaming in every aspect of clean. All the siding, trim and gutters were cleaned above our expectations.

Oct. 2024- C & M crew returns for another outstanding day cleaning all of our gutters and eaves! Extremely high gutter on two story home and a wicked bad pine tree next door that sheds cones and needles all over the place. C & M to the rescue cleaning all areas including ground surfaces, another outstanding job done by a fully licensed and professional people.

We wash ourselves, our cars, our dishes...but, what about the house? I never realized how big of a difference a deep clean would make until I pulled down my street and my white house with its red door was BEAMING from being cleaned! Chris worked carefully around my perennials and was very knowledgeable on his craft. I could not be happier with the results. What are you waiting for? If you haven't had a deep house wash, contact C&M Services, Inc. - you will not be disappointed!!

C&M Services is simply amazing. They were extremely professional and polite. The work they said they would do is exactly what they did. They removed moss off my roof, cleaned my skylights, garden window and windows around the house and cleaned my Trex deck. They made recommendations for other items, which makes the outside of the house so much prettier! There was a little spot on a window and they came out and cleaned the window again, thoroughly. Another spot showed up on a window after the rain and they didn't ask any questions, came right back out and addressed it. You do not find this level of service from most companies! Their service commitment to the customer is second to none. I am so happy that my neighbor had a lawn sign posted on and I thought I'd just give C&M a call, thinking I'd have to wait for many weeks for them to come out, but that was not the case. They came out with a drone and sent me pictures of things they saw that you normally would not see up on your roof. They're extremely attentive, will give their honest feedback about what they can help you with pertaining to the exterior of your house. I will not go back to the other company I used to deal with!!! Their chemicals are gentle but clean so well! My Trex deck is painted so I was nervous about having it cleaned... there was no need as it was done perfectly and the paint was not disturbed. They truly are the best team to work with!! This was my first exposure to C&M and it will not be my last. I'm already on the calendar for next year!!

C&M Services did an outstanding job cleaning my gutters and the roof. I was thinking my roof would need to be replaced due to mold, mildew and moss from prior owner neglect, but this company did such a great job cleaning it that i should be able to now get a number of years more out of the roof. I was skeptical that the roof wash was going to accomplish what I was hoping, but was super happy and surprised at how great it turned out! Highly recommend them!

I have a house that is 130 years old with mostly original wood siding so I was concerned about power washing. The soft wash was the perfect solution. They did a great job.

I walked the house after Nick finished, and what a difference he made in its appearance! The house, walkway, and especially the decks and garage doors (he got rid of so much lichen!) look fabulous, and unlike with power washing, there was not one speck of damage. I got this company information online. I was impressed with the communication. They send a person to inspect the house outside and send me photos of the concerned areas with a proposal. Very professional. Next, Nina set up an appointment for the service I selected. She sent me a friendly, reminder for the day of the service and how to be prepared in advance. She is wonderful and professional.
