What a service ! If we can call it service . It's only 8:00 am and this guy is acting like he want to home right now or hate his job . What an attitude . He doesn't even know how to talk to clients.

Wonderful! I’m a tenant in a 1 bedroom apartment, have lived here for 8 months. My electricity was a bit of a disaster prior to NE Electric’s job, I had a a circuit breaker that was older than I am, I’m 27 years old, and was always replacing the circuits, they were blown out constantly. I had no surge protector so I had several appliances that were destroyed by the old system. NE Electric was professional, on time and very reasonably priced. they replaced the ancient circuit breaker and installed a surge protector in just a few hours & made sure that I fully understood the new system. It’s a relief to have a fully functioning and safe (for me & my appliances!) system and I fully recommend NE Electric, they’re the best!

I lost power to a portion of my house after getting some roofing work done and could not find a solution on my own. Being a new resident to Stamford I didn't have any insight on a good electrician in the area, so I did my due diligence and scrounged the internet looking through many reviews for quite a few companies. Safe and Sound Electric was rated very highly and the reviews seemed quite genuine. I spoke with Amy who returned my call so quickly that I was still in the middle of leaving a message on their machine. She was extremely pleasant and professional and with that I already began to feel good about my selection. With a spot opening up that same day I called, two techs were available to work on finding my issue. These two gentlemen (Stan & Ryan) were phenomenal. They worked extremely hard trying to find what was wrong so they could solve the problem. In doing so they were very professional and took the time to listen and provide valuable information to safeguard my home. It was not only their professionalism that stood out to me but the fact that they seem to truly care. After much searching which included both techs having to crawl around in a very tight and uncomfortable attic they found that my wire was cleanly cut where the roofers added an air filtration system. Stan and Ryan showed up the next day on time and finished the job of running new wire which returned light to that portion of my house 🙏. I was extremely happy with the service I received especially with Stan and Ryan. Safe & Sound will definitely be my go to electrician service from here on out. I look forward to doing more quality of life work for my home in the near future with S&S.

I have used Safe and Sound Electric twice, once for a family members house, the other was to fix a socket in my house. John came over promptly, great service, good price, and excellent work. He was quickly able to identify the issue both times, and fixed it in no time. I highly recommend him.

I called Safe and Sound Electric and a wonderful technician (Paul) was at my house installing two ceiling fans in a matter of days. The office staff and the technicians are very professional and friendly. The work was done with great efficiency and the price was by the job - not by the hour. The pricing was exactly what I expected and the workmanship was excellent. When it was discovered that a piece was missing, John, the owner, offered to come back the next day to remedy the situation. The part was found and installed easily. That's the kind of service that sets this business above others. I highly recommend Safe and Sound Electric.

Stan came to my house two days in a row, did a very thorough inspection to figure out the issues and how to fix it. Incredibly friendly and professional. The problem got solved, and I am very happy. I will not hesitate to call the company in the future, and will definitely recommend them to others. Stan is the man.

Stan Medina of Safe and Sound did an excellent and timely job of installing a Tesla charger in my garage. Overall my experience working with Stan was exceptional. He was courteous, he took the time to explain things and he was a pleasure to work with. I also believe Safe and Sound was able to install the charger more quickly than Tesla, at competitive prices. Expediting the timing on the installation was a critical issue as the Tesla was being delivered 3 days later. Otherwise, I would be roaming around looking for a public charging station.

Diego from Safe and Sound was my first positive experience with an electrician after getting quotes from many other companies. He is beyond friendly and explains all of your options before proceeding. He's improved our home so much as we've discovered many electrical quirks in our 1950's home and I could not recommend him more! Expanding on that, I signed up for their membership, and Safe and Sound has returned to my home multiple times helping me figure out my unique electricity needs in my home studio with a lifetime warrantee and no service fee. The owner, John, is also wonderful (and my dogs loved him!).

Stan helped me out on a home I was preparing for sale. He turned up in a timely manner, gave me a clear description of the cost of the job from the outset. He had the necessary items in his truck which saved time, and got the job done to my full satisfaction. The fixtures look great. High Recommend. Professional Local Electrical Service!

Stan and Ryan worked on a four day job at my house to install a house grounding system, to install a surge protector, and to install multiple exterior lights and outlets. The work was professional and efficient.

Stan made sure he understood what I wanted to do, he proposed a few alternatives to achieve it and, on the spot, he prepared a detailed project proposal with all the costs detailed.

I'm pleased with high quality results of the project. I've done everything with Safe and Sound for a number of years. John Anello has built a team of very talented electricians, you won't be disappointed by their work.

Today was the second time I used Safe and Sound Electric. Once again Amy does an excellent job of answering the telephone. She is professional and friendly. Her customer service skills a wonderful. Diego was my electrician today. He was polite and professional. He did an excellent job on the tasks I had. He explained everything and made a few suggestions He cleaned up when he was finished. I was once again so pleased with Safe and Sound I recommended them to another neighbor. I definitely will use their services again.

Everyone was professional, experienced, and forthright with what should be expected. Also everyone was thoughtful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company!

Stan and Ryan showed up and were very professional, Covid respectful and were very honest and diligent. I appreciate their work and glad it is warrantied for 3 years but don't expect to be using that since their work was so dependable. If you have electric issue in your home you have this sinking feeling that either you will get someone dishonest or the quality of the work would not be the best but when Stan and Ryan from Safe and Sound Electric showed up the cleared up any questions I had and took care of me and my home. John Anello and his assistant, Ryan, installed the charger for our new electric car (Tesla) in our garage. We received multiple bids and went with John's because while he was slightly higher, he was most professional. We were very glad that we did! They did a great job of installation and were very prompt and courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure that we got the extra cord we required that same day although it required a second trip. My family are 3rd gen electrical contractors in California, so I truly appreciate quality electrical work.

After installing a powerful dehumidifier in my basement, I began noticing strange odors near the electrical box. My previous electrician was unavailable so I called Safe and Sound for an electrical inspection. Stan and his partner Mison did a thorough diagnostic assessment and made recommendations for upgrades to address the code and potential safety issues he uncovered. He gave me a detailed explanation about his findings, was upfront about cost and prioritized what needed to be done so I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. It is an older home, so I decided to take all of his recommendations and am so glad I did. While working on the recommended upgrades, Stan uncovered issues that would not have been found otherwise. The source of the odor was a burnt circuit that he only discovered while making other adjustments in the panel. While working on a quality connection analysis, he discovered the wiring behind many of the outlets were originally done incorrectly and they had to be rewired. I am so grateful to Stan and Mison for their attention to detail to make my house safe. An added bonus is that they were pleasant, polite, tidy and punctual! I highly recommend them and Safe and Sound Electric.

I've now used Safe and Sound Electric twice, both times I had Stan come out and he's been very reliable in getting what I needed done/fixed. He's courteous, professional and every time he's treated the home with care. He's taken the time to explain and answer any questions I might have and has made sure that everything was done right and never rushed. Prices are also explained so that there are no surprises at the end. I'm now a member and already have them scheduled to come back for additional work.

- install 50A 240V circuit, route through a tight crawl space and mount NEMA 14-50 charging receptacle in weatherproof box... ON STONE.
- Re-feed a 4-way switched fan-light combo from an "always-on" circuit
Robert showed up as scheduled /on time.
He took the time to LISTEN, look at, discuss, and quote, the work I wanted done on the spot.
As promised, he returned at the scheduled time, took the extra care and time needed so that there was no spackling, painting or "patch" work required by others, AND CLEANED UP when the work was done.
I'm thrilled, and will not hesitate to call SnS Elec. when the need arises.
From what I can tell, Amy (in the office) works hard and runs a tight ship.
