Diego was my electrician. His knowledge and professionalism was awesome. He arrived on time, explained what the problem was and fixed it! He is a definite asset to the company.

Ryan and Eric are highly qualified electricians and kind individuals. They put in a great amount of time and effort to make sure the jobs we had were completed to a very high standard. I called Safe and Sound 1-day before I wanted to have some electrical work done in my condo. Stan was the electrician to come out. He was right on time, courteous, and professional. He explained what was involved in the job I had requested and told me exactly what the job would cost before doing any work. As he was performing the work, his attention to detail was second to none. I will definitely be using Safe & Sound (and hopefully Stan) for any further electrical needs! Stan’s the man! Thanks again!

I have nothing but the highest praise for this company and their employees. They came by a few years ago for some minor repairs and did a full inspection at that time; I was finally able to bring them back for a major overhaul of the house. From start to finish, they have provided superb service. Scheduling with Amy was very easy; Chris came out only a few days later for the second consultation and drafting of the work; and he, Stan, Jonathan, and Erick did the extensive installations and repairs, from a new circuit panel and grounding to updated outlets and switches in every room, to replacing and installing outdated fixtures and appliances. The work was fairly and competitively priced and absolutely top notch!

Throughout the process I have been overwhelmingly impressed with the workers, their expertise, their professionalism, their conscientiousness, their care, and their consideration. They are polite, friendly, very knowledgeable, and.extremely hardworking. They have also been exceptional in cleaning up thoroughly after each day's work. Anyone looking for an expert, reliable team for electrical repairs or installations should not hesitate to hire this outfit!

Safe and Sound replaced main breaker panel after identifying corrosion at the connection to an old breaker panel . The service was done quickly and well. Updated the main panel with surge protector . The also replaced an old attic fan , installed ring doorbell and installed failed outdoor outlet

Jonathan and Erick were professional and kind. They took time to help me solve my problem with the outside lights. Then they carefully explained what I would do going forward so I can manage the system. I will definitely call Safe and Sound again for my electrical needs.

Erick Guttierez was awesome! He fixed my outdoor outlet and even fixed a non-electrical issue while he was here. Very professional and courteous. We will call Safe and Sound again in the future.

Sonny and the team was fantastic. The job to install the motion sensor light turned out to be more challenging than expected and Sonny stayed way into the evening to complete the installation in our condo complex. He even texted me the next day to assure that everything was working properly. Great work and customer service. We’ve used Safe & Sound in the past and will continue to use and recommend them in the future! First class service!

Jonathan Watson, our Safe and Sound Electric, was awesome today! He listened to our needs, and offered a better, safer solution for our socket issues. He also identified a need to update our circuit breaker and installed it swiftly. He also proactively performed a safety inspection, which we appreciated. He was pleasant and professional! I wanted to provide an update! Diego installed our second ceiling fan and he did a terrific job once again. He is very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and patient. He took his time and inspected all electrical outlets and panels. He was genuinely interested in solving any issues that came up and did a great job installing our ceiling fan. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Safe and Sound Electric is truly in a league of their own. Ryan and Sonny were absolute experts — meticulous, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. They initially installed a Tesla charger for us with flawless precision, and I was so impressed that I had them come back for a much more complicated project: running power to a an outdoor sauna.

In every instance, their work was outstanding. Communication was crystal clear, they showed up exactly when they said they would, they worked efficiently, cleaned up meticulously, and treated our home with the utmost respect. Beyond just being skilled electricians, Ryan and Sonny are truly enjoyable human beings — courteous, thoughtful, and a pleasure to have around.

Jonathan and Erick both did an amazing job with our home, they were thoughtful, careful and really took their time to explain everything to us.

I had a great experience with Jonathan. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything in detail. He gave me options and was patient. I highly recommend him and would work with him again.

I needed their services to troubleshoot my floodlights. Unfortunately, there was a mishap(minor) which caused other issues, so there were two visits; Jonathan on the first, then Jonathan and Eric for the second. Both guys were professional, courteous, and most of all, respectful of the home. They wore their shoe covers every single time they came in the home. As mentioned earlier, there was a minor issue and these guys did their best to make sure we were satisfied with the solution. As a true testament to what customer service should be, it all didn't go as smoothly as expected, but Jonathan was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy and keep his reputation and his company's intact. I was impressed by this.
To Safe and Sound Electric LLC (Not Eric or Jonathan because they don't set prices) price transparency is important. Your pricing structure and lack of clarity after waiting two weeks for an appointment, leaves your company with a ton of room for improvement. Your technicians are good, make it good all around.

Stan is very informative, on time, and professional. He help replace our exterior GFCI outlets and installed waterproof cover for them. He removed our Exterior Side Lighting because my neighbor complained it's too bright.Plus, he helped install a new doorbell and remove the old one.

Diego arrived to provide a detailed estimate for the work we wanted done and did a thorough inspection! He is full of knowledge and taught us so much! There was a lot of diagnosing and problem solving with our very old condo. Diego was more than professional, respectful and a truly hard working electrican who LOVES his work and company! Safe and Sound Electric LLC should be honored and blessed to have a gem like him!!! The photo is of Diego checking to see if we needed a fan box for our ceiling fan replacement in the bedroom. It’s nice to be prepared knowing what we need before the work is done! This was just one of the many things he did. 100% professional!
