With the summer months behind us, I want to share how impressed I am with Lucky Lawn. I gave up on seeding and fertilizing because it just wasn’t working. The landscaping company we use to cut the grass and mulch recommended Lucky Lawn and I’m glad he did. Heading into the winter, the yard has grass and not large dirt patches everywhere, whatever Lucky Lawn did my lawn looks great and I look forward to spring. Mind you, this is the case with two 30 to 40 lbs dogs and everything that comes with them if you get my point without spelling it out. They did a great job!

Lucky Lawn is excellent. Our lawn went from a mess to a full, green, gorgeous lawn between the fall and the next spring. I also emailed them with questions about how often to water and they responded within 24 hours. Excellent job and thrilled.

Lucky Lawn is the fourth lawn service company that I've tried. Two were major companies that you see on television. I dropped them because I wasn't satisfied with the result of their service.
This is my third year with Lucky Lawn and I am getting exactly what I am paying for. They let me know when they are coming. They do what they say they are going to do. They tell me things I should know. They answer all of my questions and they give me a beautiful lawn.

Great service, used them for years and it felt automatic. Also we really appreciated them getting to know not just the property but our family, offering up pet and kid friendly options for everything. Would recommend!

I've received exceptional service from Lucky Lawn. I can't say enough positive things about the owner, Jim, and his nephew, Tom. I've used other services in the past, but Jim and Tom have our lawn looking the best it's ever looked. And, I appreciate how they've spent time educating me (at my request) on how I can work in partnership with them (e.g., watering schedule, mowing strategies for my unique property, etc.).

Jim, Pete, Luis, and the Lucky Lawn team installed a drainage system for us, including a French drain, trench, and work on our gutters. The work was exceptional. Jim came to our home twice beforehand to plan the system and was very responsive to any questions we had. Installation was smooth and efficient. Afterward they left the area perfectly clean. We strongly recommend Jim and the Lucky Lawn team.

I can’t say enough good things about Lucky Lawn. My lawn was practically dead, and they brought it back within the season. Not only did they revive it, but they also made it look better than I ever thought possible.

Their customer service is super kind and personalized, like they actually care about your lawn, not just getting the job done. Their prices are really fair, especially for the quality of work they do. I never felt like I was overpaying or being upsold on anything unnecessary. I like the fact that they are a small business, but very professionally run.

When Jason came out, I told him the expectations were simple and clear: green lawn, no weeds. In the Spring, the lawn looked perfect. From the second treatment onwards, the lawn began a downward spiral. Each time Jason came out to assess, he had a reason or an excuse why the lawn was browning, weed-ridden, etc. The first time, he told me it was a fungus, and that a fungicide spray would clear it. I paid the additional $154 for this service, but the lawn continued to deteriorate. Then, I was told that the lawn had low PH. They wanted to sell me another special treatment, but I refused. At one point I was told the lawn was being over-watered. The next time, I was told it was being under-watered. Once it wasn't getting enough sun; another time, it was getting too much sun. It was one excuse after another, and it was anybody's fault but the company to which I was throwing good money after bad. Today, they came out to perform the fifth and final service of the season (as per the five-treatment program I purchased). The specific watering instructions they left said "Do not apply too much water to cause puddling or movement of the seed." Meanwhile, we are under an areal flood advisory. There have been torrential downpours. We have already received more than an inch of rain, and there is a lot more in the forecast. There is puddling occurring on the lawn, and the seed is floating in the water. So, another $185 was literally flushed away! When I e-mailed Jason to inquire as to why he chose this specific day to perform this service given the weather, he replied, "this rain won't affect the seed." Needless to say, not a single seed turned into new grass! Jason is snarky, has a bad attitude, and is very unprofessional in his dealings with his customers. This was one of the more expensive companies. They make lots of promises, but fail to deliver. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I have had an irrigation system for countless years. Lucky Lawn installed it and has been servicing it since the very beginning. The office staff and service staff are outstanding.

Since I already did a review I only had the option of adding to it. I am thrilled that my lawn is noticed by all my children, their parents and neighbors. The lawn looks like a velvet carpet that is thick, green and wonderful to have children play. I will continue to use Lucky Lawn and all of their services! Highly Recommend!

The yard is beautiful, having a family daycare it is very important that my lawn is kept up in regards to the look as well as the thickness. I have no problems at all with pests now and the kids can play outside at any time of the day. All my parents ask who does your Lawn?

After building a gorgeous pool on our property, our backyard was left looking like it had been bombed in an air raid. Irrigation hoses were cut and sticking out of the ground, low voltage wires were everywhere with no known obvious lights and there were rocks and mud everywhere. I was at my wits end and had no idea how to start repairing this mess.

Lucky Lawn to the rescue! I called Jim and Tom and they came right out to look at the remains of the yard and immediately came up with plan. A whole new irrigation plot was laid, a 1/2 acre of sod was brought in with the help of Socci and Socci, and a wonderful lighting plan was created. Suddenly, I was all smiles again!

Without the help of Lucky Lawn this process might have taken months, but with the expertise of Jim and Tom, and Pete Socci, we were done in a couple of weeks. Thank you to them for creating the oasis that it is today! Photos show the finished product, along with what it looked like. I highly recommend the team from Lucky Lawn and am so grateful for their outstanding service! Thank you!!!!

Lucky lawn made our lawn look beautiful. After their regular seeding service, some brown spots didn't grow. they sent their crew and re seeded again. I always value their customer service and care. I will continue to refer their service.

The Lucky Lawn team has serviced our home for years. They have installed and maintained our irrigation system, installed landscape lighting (which looks great and gets high compliments from the neighbors!!) and helped with drainage for a portion of our lawn that tends to pool up following heavy rain. The Lucky Lawn team always shows up when they say they will and responds to "emergencies" quickly and with the urgency one would hope for. We have always been well taken care of and give Lucky Lawn the highest recommendation.

We have had Lucky Lawn servicing our lawn for the last two years. The lawn looks fabulous. The workers are professional and conscientious. We have also had their sprinkler system for years now. Very happy with this company. Would recommend to everyone.
