My grandmother booked this company a few times. First I want to point out how annoying it is trying to communicate when no one knows English. One time they had a young lady with them; very polite, helpful and she spoke English which you can imagine was such a breath of fresh air! However, they were very nasty towards her, I noticed anytime she would speak with my grandmother they would make side remarks or just watch her as if she was doing something wrong. Honestly if I’m having people in my home or my grandmothers home I would like the comfort of knowing someone fully understands me and can communicate efficiently. I was wondering if we can find that young lady so she can help us on the side or can we requests certain people we want?

We are long time clients of The Maids and are thrilled with their service. They are always efficient and thorough, especially our team NY #2 with Rosalia in charge. Always super polite and a real leader of her team. We love them and highly recommend to everyone. Thank you!

Never spoke to them!..because I didn't call as they looked like a franchise which I didn't think would work for us.The problem I have and it's with Google is once you look at something that haunt you for a review..and won't leave you alone until you write something..it's happened me a lot.Unfortunately I received a rather nasty note from the owner criticizing my review..I never said I called them or used them and rated them.I'm sorry for your problems, but blame Google not me..

Tremendous job. My apartment has never been cleaner. I'm trying to not shed any hairs so it will stay looking perfect, ha ha ha.

The cleaners came on time, were friendly, and did a great job cleaning my apartment. They brought all their own supplies and equipment which was also very convenient.

You all know how to clean a house and I am in awe after my most recent cleaning. Not onky did joe Liz and Clarissa leave my stove shining but they were able to get out stains out of my kitchen caninets that have been driving me crazy. Angels do exist and they’re called super maids.

Wow I never thought I would leave a review for a cleaning service but these guys are awesome! The team that came did a great job cleaning my place and everything was super convenient to schedule online. The owner is very friendly and helpful and made sure to answer any questions I had even though everything was pretty self explanatory on the website. I will be using them for bi-weekly cleanings now so I guess that speaks for itself!

No matter when I have a need for a cleaning super maids is able to accommodate my request with ease. Paula is such a doll and always leaves such sweet notes for us. You service is what every mom of three should have.

About a month ago I unfortunately ordered a service from that company. I paid more then $200 for so called cleaning. In 25!!! minutes the team called me to come back since they already finished.

General cleaning was kind of OK. I still needed to clean after they left, but at least they did some cleaning. Btw it was moving out cleaning and the apartment itself wasnt dirty, I just needed to wipe the dust, clean the fridge etc.

But the main reason for my 1 star review is windows. I paid $40 for that. When we came back I specifically asked them if they cleaned the windows and they said they did. I tend to trust people when they tell me directly in my face that they did the job so I didn't want to check it in front of them while they were standing in a row waiting for my decision. After they left I took a piece of paper towel and wiped the window. The paper towel turned GRAY! They didn't even wipe the dust!!! They lied to me after I paid them $240 for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES CLEANING!

I almost forgot about these people, even though I was so angry at them. But two days ago I received an email from them asking to rate the service. After I rate them with a sad red smile face the site told me that I cannot rate them because the link expired!

Please be advised these people lie in your face without even blinking!

The ladies that cleaned my home were exemplary and thorough . I came home and did the white glove finger test and they passed with flying colors. Even the extraction hood above my stove was sparkling! Look forward to many more services!💫🧹
