We love our maids. I find it hard sometimes to have random people in my house and apart from doing a good job cleaning I do expect friendly service. Two Maids provides my household with efficient and thorough cleaning and are light and happy while they’re here. the staff in the office are professional, efficient and conscientious. They provide thorough service and are responsive to my needs. They make sure that all of my extra requests are accommodated. I feel like this is tremendous value for the services provided.

The ladies who came to clean my apartment were amazing, efficient and thorough. House breaking a dog so when they came in there was a strong smell of urine, when they left it smelled like we just moved in. Will 100% use again.

Two Maids is truly an excellent cleaning service. We had them for a deep clean of our home recently and we couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Their attention to detail from the baseboards to the corners of the ceilings was impressive. They even tackled a stubborn stain we had tried numerous times to remove with no success. The quality of their work was exceptional and we will be using them more frequently. The cleaners from 2 maids and a mop are always excellent however the team went above and beyond our last visit! We asked them to clean a bathroom that hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a long time, and they were able to clean spots in the grout that we were told would be permanent by a different company years ago. I could tell that they put in a lot of extra time and effort to make it look that way!

Additionally, they are always so respectful of our space and privacy. Highly recommended!

I started getting a monthly cleaning of our apartment when I was pregnant and just had no desire to clean the bathroom anymore. Christa and her team have been amazing! They are always willing to accommodate any sort of schedule change and they always arrive within the designated time window. We have been getting monthly cleanings for over a year and are very happy with their effort and care they put into taking care of our home.

The Maids came to my house today for the second time. They donate their time to cancer patients and I can't say enough about what a difference this service has made for me at a time that I really can't manage to clean my home myself. They wore masks, were efficient and friendly, and my house is so nice and clean. I am very grateful!

I was called two days before arrival and was asked to move the time to an earlier time because of a scheduling conflict on their end. I said that their new time doesn't really benefit me but she insisted that if I didn't move my time then I was going to have to wait two days until they free up. I needed them the day I scheduled as I wouldn't have access to the property at any other time. I agreed to the new time, as I wasn't able to find someone to come and clean on such short notice. There was a communication error between the maids and their dispatcher which led them to showing up over an hour earlier then the new scheduled time. When I asked if they could come back I was told no, and that if they were going to wait there I was going to be charged for the time they waited. I had them start cleaning while I was still doing the work I needed to do in order to avoid this. Also, when asked not to clean something until I had had the chance to deal with it first, they started to clean it anyway.
All that said, they did a fabulous job, were kind efficient and professional if a bit on the high end in price. I would make sure they stick to the appointed at time if scheduling with them, as their work was amazing.

Team NY#2 was stellar - quick, thorough, and communicative. Highly recommend The Maids, this team in particular.
