I paid $500/year to have AirSolutions maintain my generator. The power went out in my neighborhood last night and my generator didn’t work. I have small kids and no power. When I called them to ask to come fix it they wanted me to pay another $280 to inspect it (not including any potential cost of parts). What a joke. They (rudely) claimed the $500/year was for “maintenance, not service.” What were you maintaining if the generator doesn’t work when I need it?? What a waste of money. I immediately cancelled my “SERVICE” agreement.

Edit after Owner Response on 2/25/25: Thank you for this long-winded and innacurate public response instead of returning my request for a phone call from a manager. The only thing you refunded me was for the cost of work you hadn't even completed yet. Thanks?? On 2/17/24 I had paid your company $1,650 since September of 2022, and I had a broken generator. And, your company wouldn't even come to my house without me paying you an additional $280 to just see why. I even asked if you could forego the 2/28/25 "maintenance" visit and come sooner just to inspect it, and your company refused. You wanted MORE money. Other service contracts that I have are with people who stand by their work, and if I'm a member, they come when there's a problem for free. If something is objectively broken and needs to be replaced, then it's completely fair that I have to pay for it. But, to demand $280 to just show up after I've already been paying you a membership fee, is truly insulting.

The men were both very professional and kept me updated as to what they did. They also walked me through what needs to be done.
