My air conditioner wasn't cooling the house, and I wanted a local technician on the job. Daniel quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly outlined my options for how to move forward , explaining the pros and cons of each.
He then realized that it's likely that my unit was still under warranty, something I never would've known on my own. Telling me that wasn't necessarily in his best interest in the short term but will ensure that I continue working with him moving forward.

I reached out to EXTRAVE Heating & Cooling due to an issue with our heating system. Daniel was easy to get in touch with and was quickly able to find a time for a service call. He was very thorough in reviewing my system and explaining the process to me as well as any changes that were required. He was very efficient in getting the job done. I also found him to be very honest and up front regarding the costs. I would highly recommend him to anyone for their heating/cooling/HVAC needs.

He is a complete professional. Our AC stopped working and he was able to give us a quote. Once he came out, our AC was back up and running in no time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. I would recommend anyone in need of quality AC service to use Daniel.
