When Hurricane Ida struck, my basement got flooded. A different company initially handled the drainage issue, merely power washing my drains, which unfortunately did not address the root problem. Consequently, my basement was once again flooded during subsequent heavy rains.

In my search for a lasting solution, I turned to Tony, who came with glowing recommendations from my neighbor. They had faced similar issues during Ida, but Tony's expertise ensured their basement remained dry -- and has remained dry, even while my basement has not!

Tony's approach was both thorough and sophisticated. He used a camera to meticulously inspect every drain, discovering the crux of the problem: collapsed pipes under my driveway and additional collapsed pipes along the side of my house.

What impressed me most was the speed and efficiency of Tony's team. Within just two days, they excavated the affected areas (not just dirt; my asphalt/concrete driveway!), removed the damaged pipes, and installed new, more robust ones. Throughout this process, Tony kept me in the loop with regular updates. His advice was straightforward and genuine, his methods practical and considerate. He managed to swiftly resolve a situation I had feared was insurmountable.

Working with Femia was an exceptional experience, deserving of MORE than just a five-star rating. If possible, I would give additional stars for their outstanding service and results.
