We recently used Sullivan Land Management to renovate our back patio and walkway. We are extremely pleased with the results. They did an excellent job. We were also impressed by the punctuality of his staff. They arrived on time daily and finished the job in the estimated time with barely any hiccups. They left our property in excellent condition and were very responsive to all of our questions while the work was being done. The only small concern was that there was an error in the original quote for pricing we had agreed to. However, it was quickly resolved and Charlie was excellent at communicating that since we wanted to make our patio larger than he originally quoted, it would cost more. We understood and appreciated that he didn’t start the work until we gave the OK to do so. His entire team was very professional and friendly. It seems they are all very happy while working as well. In fact, I noticed one day while I was home from work that they stop mid day to all sit and have lunch together. I thought that was so nice. It seems like they genuinely enjoy the work they are doing and each other’s company. You can tell it’s a nice company to work for. I would highly recommend them to anyone for landscaping or masonry work. We will definitely be calling them in the future for more work to be done in our backyard.

I hd such a great experience working with Sullivan and Sons! Charlie was here within a couple of days to provide a quote for repointing my front porch and applying decorative stone on the steps. He explained the entire process from where and why they needed to cut to how they would handle the support columns holding up the porch. The team came out within that week, I think, and did an excellent job. The porch and stonework were done impeccably and you can tell they are proud of their work - as they should be! Everyone including office staff were a pleasure to deal with, their pricing is fair and transparent and Charlie even followed up a few weeks later to ask how things were holding up. I am so impressed with this company and wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again!

We used Sullivan And Son to completely revamp the grass in our backyard, repave the driveway, install an irrigation system and repoint/repair our stone wall and stairs. The workmanship was excellent. We are very happy with all of the work they did on the exterior of our property. Charlie was very courteous and professional. The crew arrived promptly every morning and the projects were all completed in a very timely manner. I would definitely use them again! A very good experience which was a sharp contrast to other landscape companies we have used in the past.

I recently had some major landscaping done, including a tree removal done. The crew came in and were so professional and efficient! Afterwards, I went back and had my driveway completely redone. They came in and ripped up the old one and put in a brand new one. Once again the entire crew was near, professional, and did an excellent work. I hired Charlie and team to do a basic asphalt driveway and ended up doing drainage, stone retaining wall and some Belgium block details (apron and edging). The project is absolutely stunning and the masonry work is some of the best. While pricing isn’t the cheapest, you certainly get what you pay for. A solid investment into our home and we had several neighbors ask for Charlie’s number.
