My LG washer made a horrible noise when draining. Spoke to Kyle. We decided to order the pump, since it was a sealed unit. Came and went in 30 minutes and everything was absolutely perfect. Brilliant. Professional, and an absolute pleasure. And, a great repair price. What else can I add?

I had a great phone interaction with Kyle this week. I had a problem with a drier and tried to fix it myself. I thought my repair had failed and called Iconic. Kyle gave me some advice on the phone, no charge, and it solved my problem. This is excellent customer service. He even called me back to check if it worked. Absolutely amazing company! The team is wonderful, and knows their stuff. If you have clogged pipes, or in need of plumbing upgrades, I highly recommend them.

I was in need of a plumber to replace a broken hot water heater that was up in the celling at our office in Terryville.
I reached out to Macary's through their website late in the day on a Wednesday and I was so surprised at how quickly they got right back to me.
Not only did they get right back to me they sent someone out the next morning to look at the job and the following day to replace the water heater.
Excellent and above and beyond service. I will defiantly be reaching out to them going forward for all our plumbing needs.

Had a major clog in my house which resulted in sewage backing up and coming out of the downstairs toilet and shower. Called a local company and they came out and fixed it but insisted that my internal cast iron sewage pipes were crumbling and needed replacing to the tune of $20k. Called Chris and he came out the next day.
He descaled and hydro jetted all the pipes and said they should be good for many, many years. Saved me a bundle! As a bonus, he found and removed a piece of the other company's cutter which had broken off and they had just left in the sewage pipe. I would eagerly recommend Chris and his crew.

Chris answered the phone and answered all of my questions. He was a complete professional. We had an intermittent problem and Chris offered to put a camera down, that is what is he did on a Saturday. I'd highly recommend Macary's plumbing. Excellent experience.
