Fast and efficient service. The problem was solved in first visit. Very friendly staff and service people. The work area was cleaned up perfectly. The technicians were able to explain the problem to me so I understood. The price was reasonable for the technical equipment they had to use and labor time.

Had the pleasure of having a technician and his apprentice at my home today to take care of an issue with my toilet. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired with the part needed being available on their truck. The technician looked at two other issues ( a second toilet and kitchen faucet aerator). Both were minor problems and resolved. The technician was personable, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing. I couldn’t be happier with the service from Macary’s Plumbing.

Macary's Plumbing replumbed our entire house, redid the piping under the kitchen sink, changed out all fixtures from two bathrooms and the kitchen, changed out a toilet, and rebuilt the other toilet, replaced a beam with two new ones and replaced the shower converter, replaced two sump pumps and one sump pump liner, added a liner into the anode tube of the hot water heater, replaced an outdoor spigot, redid the faucet for the washer and placed the washer and dryer onto raised cabinets.

Chris came over in a timely manner to write up an estimate for the work. He was very courteous and patient as we walked through the house discussing each job in detail.
The estimate was fair and we had them start immediately. Mike came out to do the work. He is a professional and very thorough. Mike double checked each fitting, connector and pipe for leaks. When unexpected issues came up, Mike discussed each of the options and explained what needed to be done. The new estimates were beyond fair and Macary gave us a deep discount for the inconveniences. Mike worked diligently and efficiently taking only two days to complete all of the work.
We are very excited we found a plumbing company who is fair and does excellent work. Macary's exceeded our expectations and we will definitely hire them again for our future additions.

Mike & Mario from Macary’s did a great job fixing my malfunctioning kitchen faucet. They cleaned the external filter on my washing machine and replaced its old pipes in back with new flexible ones. Also, they diagnosed issues having to do with the pipes in my basement and around the house. They gave me the names of a heating and a flooring specialist that they said they worked well with, which will help me go forward with plans. Macary’s phoned me back soon after my first phone call, after my failed attempts at getting two other plumbers to call me back. When the forecasts of a snowstorm complicated plans, they clearly were keeping track of each change in the forecast, so they could show up to help me as soon as possible.

I discovered a gas leak a couple of weekends ago, and I called Macary's on a saturday night. He was responsive, kind and helpful. He had prepared to send someone the next day to repair our gas line. It was fixed by a highly knowledgeable and skilled technician and we are so happy now that our house is safe once more. Very reasonable price too!

Our experience with Macary's was nothing short of outstanding! We bought an older home "as is" with upgrades needed as we can afford. The basement pipes heading out to the septic tank had to be taken care of... The before and after pics speak for themselves! We have more to do and it will most definitely be with Macary's. Mike was my plumber today! He installed two toilets and made repairs under my kitchen sink! Mike was courteous, friendly, and explained everything in detail to me. I had purchased two toilets ahead of time, and when Mike went to check on them, he found that they were leaking. He dismantled them and started over! What work ethic. He would not leave until the repairs he made satisfied him. I’m very grateful to him for an outstanding job completed!
