Tree reviews in Torrington, Connecticut

Jose at Owen’s Tree Expect is a true professional! A very skilled arborist with awesome customer service. He and his workers removed a very large maple tree and meticulously cleaned up after the job was done. Thank you !

I called Owen's Tree Expert and spoke with Jose, who was able to come out the same day for our free consultation. Jose is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He patiently explained the situation with the tree that was of most concern, and listened to, and advised me of other concerns that I pointed out on our property.
Jose and his crew were able to come out the very next day to cut down our tree which had a significantly large split in it from a recent wind storm. He and his crew were very careful to move our stone table and benches away from the work area, as well as being careful of all of our surrounding property. It was amazing to watch how well they worked together to bring down a tree that was larger than our house. They worked quickly cutting down the tree, putting the branches through a wood chipper, cutting up the trunk and stacking it for us to use as firewood, very carefully returning our stone table and benches to their original place, and cleaning up. I cannot say enough as to how pleased we are with the outcome! I highly recommend Owen's Tree Expert, and look forward to working with them again, for our future needs!

Highly recommend Owen’s Tree Service! They were professional, arrived early, and worked efficiently. The clean-up was spotless, our yard looked great afterward. Very impressed with their service from start to finish.

This guy is the “Bomb”!
He is professional, honest, personable, just a Great Guy!❤️
He tackled my 3 trees that were in the most difficult positions, and Jose made it look like a piece of cake. He was even singing up there in his bucket🎶😃
I had other tree services look at my trees, and they all were hesitant on even giving me an estimate, but Jose was more than fair, and came over and did the job 3 days earlier then I thought. He and his partner cleaned everything up All around my house so well that you would never know they were there!
I would recommend this company
if you want a Great Job at a Fair & Decent price with a Professional Man!!!

We hired Jose and his crew from Owen’s Tree Experts on two separate occasions to remove large and small trees, and for tree trimming and pruning. Jose is very professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. His hardworking crew is competent and efficient. We recommend them very highly and would certainly hire them again.

Great experience. Highly recommend. They showed up early and did outstanding work. Cleanup was exceptional. Fantastic to work with from beginning to end. Can’t recommend this company more. They took down several trees as well as pruning some others. If you need a tree service this is the company to choose.

Owen’s Tree Expert is probably the best company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Jose was awesome! The entire crew were super professional and did an outstanding job. I had a HUGE maple tree and HUGE birch tree hanging right over my house. The care that the team did was incredible. They removed the trees, cut the wood, placed it neatly in my shed as I requested, and did such a thorough job of clean up. I am already talking with Jose about my next project. I HIGHLY recommend Owen’s Tree Experts to anyone looking for tree work. They went above and beyond and I am thrilled with the results! In addition, the pricing was extremely fair and reasonable. Thank you Jose and Team!

I just had Jose and his crew out here again for 2 days. They cut about 8 pines on the side of my property, 2 very large maple trees, a birch tree, and another large tree that was encroaching my house. They did great work, and went above and beyond. The cleanup was great (even stacked up the wood in a nice organized fashion, the communication was top notch. In fact, I plan on hiring Jose and his team for a third time to plant some trees, do stump grinding, etc... I will never use a different tree service. Everyone who asks me for recommendations, I will always highly recommend Owen's Tree Experts. Thanks again!

Every post is consistent with my experience. I received a text on my phone from a paid advertiser that they were in my area and would give a free quote for tree work. Under the circumstances I thought that this was some Fly by Night cash only scam, and I did not even investigate the company name. Was I ever wrong. I was working with another company that gave me a quote to cut down a tree that was very close to power lines, the neighbors house and my house last year then, never showed up. Jose came and gave me a quote within an hour. He came right on time as promised and did this work. I have worked with other tree companies in the past that leave a mess after they get the tree on the ground. Not Owens. I did not have to clean up a single thing. The skill and attention to details makes this company the best, I would never use anyone else.

Luis and his crew did a great job removing the tree that fell in my yard. I would recommend his services to anyone!

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a tree removed. They responded to all of my questions immediately and showed up to perform the work before the time that was promised. Their prices can’t be beat in my opinion and all of the workers were courteous of my property and did a great job of working cleanly and left my yard in immaculate condition.

Excellent work and highly recommend. We had three very large oak trees removed and the crew was on time, responsive, professional and left the property immaculate.

Luis and his team did another amazing job removing additional bushes from my yard. Where he reseeded grass last year looks great! I will hire him again to do additional work in my yard in the future!
