I am happy to share my positive experience with ALX Tree Service. The management and crew was very professional and polite. The work was completed to remove 3 of my trees of varying size and in challenging locations. They completed the work in one day per the schedule, scope, and cost agreed upon. They cleaned my property after the trees came down as if they were never there. I strongly recommend ALX Tree Service to others and plan to use them in the future.

Had a great experience with ALX Tree Service. With other tree companies, I would usually be disappointed in the work (corners cut, too much taken down, too much left behind), but this work was flawless and Alex was super transparent about how everything would turn out in advance. When he had to choose between doing something extra for me or having the job look worse, he went above and beyond and ensured that ALX is known on this street for doing high quality work they stand behind. Prices were fair and I would highly recommend!

On time. Worked hard during terrible weather. Two big old oak trees fell onto our house during a windstorm. Left the site neat and clean. Exceeded expectations. Crew leader Jimmy was polite, personable, easy to find and talk with.

I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!! Alex showed up at our home to give us a quote at our new house that needed a lot of tree work. We walked the entire property and he made suggestions and pointed out many areas of branches and trees that should come down and explained why. After the large scope of work we came up with I was expecting a humongous quote, but I think his estimate was more than fair. We Agreed on the scope of work shook hands and Alex said they would be out as soon as they could and would follow up with me shortly. Within days a crew showed up and started working. They were on time, professional and did exceptional work. They even did some trimming above and beyond the scope just because it was the right thing to do and they were in the area. All the trees and branches were removed, the entire yard was cleaned, and they returned a few days later to pick up all the wood. There were a couple of tiny things I requested to have done a couple weeks later after some of the snow melted. Alex sent a guy out the same day and he was also awesome!!!

I have had a lot of tree work done at other residences by other companies, and ALX is by far the best I have ever used. Fair prices, responsive, And a great crew. I will more than likely have a lot of tree work over the coming years, and ALX will be my first call. We will be a customer for life.

Both the tree crew and stump removal crews were great. Left my yard cleaner than it was before the work was done. Highly recommend them if you need tree work done.

ALX Tree Services did an excellent job! I called them because a tree branch was leaning on the electric and internet lines. Igor was very helpful and despite his team being very busy made it a priority to come help me in an emergency situation. The team did a very good job and left everything nice and clean.

ALX does great work. Professional and quick. The tree was next to fence and nothing hit the fence; not even the dead branches. They even blew the sawdust out of the neighbor’s yard. What more can you ask for!!
