UPDATE: The owner came by to apologize and offered to personally repair any damage or compensate me for damage. We’ve come to an agreement and had a pleasant conversation. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed he responded to my complaint and the steps which he took to rectify it. ORIGINAL: Disrespectful of neighboring properties. My neighbor hired these folks to clean up brush in their yard and the tree service used my property without my knowledge or permission to dump their equipment and drove their machinery across my yard. The tree service also ripped up irrigation leading to some trees planted on the property line. I was home at the time, so the tree service had opportunity to at least knock and ask permission, but they did not. When I went out to confront them, the employees were very apologetic and promised to fix things and put things back in their place. When I came back later I found they did NOT do this and I had to rerun the lines and have a spot in my yard that’s all torn up.
Did a great job. Went above and beyond. Will use them again in the future.
