When I discovered the water line from the street to my house leaking I contacted CT Water and they confirmed it was my problem. After talking with a neighbor that had the same issue he recommended Rolocut Construction. I called and spoke with the owner Steven and he was able to come out the next day to replace the water line. He and his crew got right to work and it was immediately apparent that this is their specialty. Using the excavator Steven worked with precision and was able to complete the job by early afternoon. Everyone was friendly and put up with my kids spectating throughout the entire process. Other than the straw and seed the yard was left exactly as they found it. The rest of the houses on the street are going to have the same problem due to the type of piping (sprinkler pipe) that was used to connect the shutoff valve to the house. I will happily refer my neighbors to Rolocut Construction.
Having recently purchased a new house, I was in need of a large parking/turnaround area. I’ve seen social media posts of work that the owner Cale of Lennon Land Management had done and was always impressed with what I saw. I also had a friend who highly recommended Cale after he had a large job done in his back yard. Cale went over all my options for the install and material for my 40x40 lot. He recommended installing 1 1/4” processed stone which he ended up doing and it came out awesome. While he was there with the skid steer and mini excavator, I contracted him to do approximately 6 hours of cleanup around the property including removing old brush piles, grading and relocating large rocks. Cale is very thorough in the work he does ensuring it’s all done perfectly. His pricing is also very reasonable. If you are looking for a contractor that is reliable, professional and fair, reach out to Cale at Lennon Land Management.
They did a great job removing shrubs from the front of my house. Professional, careful not to damaged the lawn. Fairly priced, showed up when they were scheduled and did exactly what they said they would do. I would highly recommend them for your earthwork needs.
Work was meticulous, detailed and just how requested. The team is very professional and the best we’ve had! I wish we found them sooner!
