Had a spoon get stuck in the sink disposal unit. Service person came out and quickly eliminated the problem. He was courteous and efficient. Totally pleased with Aiello.

A toilet in my house needed repair, the flow was not working properly. My wife made an attempt to do the repair on her own which did not end with the appropriate outcome. In an ask to have a professional job done. I spoke with my wife about calling a company. She called Aiello which they came out a few days after the toilet was shut off. The gentleman who came to do the job stated everything was fine. A few days later I noted there was a small amount of water on the floor. In actuality there was a slow bleed from the seals that this gentleman placed that had been leaking onto my floor and damaged the bathroom flooring below from being soaked and saturated in water. Upon calling the company they made no emergent effort to come out and fix their mistakes. It was very clear if you looked underneath that the bolts had not been done with appropriate seals and they were leaking for days. They only gave me the option of another day when a family member was home the entire day of being"first call". Safe to say I had to go another 3 days with my house being down toilet. When the person arrived to fix the problem, it was the same person that had come the first time. He readjusted everything and ensured it was fixed, low and behold 10 minutes later my wife called him to return. The same person realized he had put on broken pieces and did the appropriate seals that were needed for underneath.

After all was said and done, the job is finally finished. Although now my toilet does phantom flushes all the time. And I can't for the life of me figure it out, sadly I don't do plumbing.

So some of the take home from this is that the company themselves does not care about the customer to help in an emergent or time constrained manner when they have made a mistake. They also made no effort to help address the fact that them leaving me with a water leak caused flooring damage in my home. And oh yeah I forgot to mention this part, THEY CHARGED MY WIFE NEARLY $800 TO DO A LESS THAN 1 HOUR JOB FOR A $25 PART. YES NEARLY $800. That was one of the most absurd things I had ever heard and I was shocked. My wife even said yes to paying it but by the time I was home it had already happened. No company in the state of Connecticut charges that much for the inner guts working of a toilet for a replacement. At the same time, the gentleman tried to get my wife to buy an entire new toilet for an additional $500. He tried to have her get a new toilet installation costing nearly $1,400 after taxes. Absolutely absurd and I will never recommend the company Aiello to anyone.

Our service Tech, Carlos was outstanding. Very professional and personable. He knew exactly how to fit our kitchen sink drain blockage and did so very neatly. Very satisfied with Carlos quick response and performance.

Our service tech Sebastian was very informative and very clear on his assessment of our plumbing issues. He also assisted with getting another visit scheduling with a service tech to come out the next day to take a look at our pipe system to help determine a best resolution and provide an estimate on the cost.

Business I work for needed emergency service call at a job site. Super fast service. Took care of the issue same day! Pricing was fair. Customer was happy. Thank you!

Dealing with Aiello is fast and easy... Their scheduling system is very efficient and they are on time with their scheduled appointments. The technicians are skilled and courteous. I enjoyed meeting Carlos... he was a pleasure to have in our home... and he interacted well with our dog...

First off, we originally called two other plumbers before we called Aiello. One didn’t show up and the other never returned our call. When we called Aiello, they had a team out to us right away. We had a busted pipe that was soaking the first floor ceiling. The Aiello team of Jose and Justin located where the leak was coming from and replaced (fixed) the pipe. Everyone from the person taking our call, to the Scheduler, and the response team were professional and first rate. They investigated what the issue was and told me up front what the cost would be and it was reasonable with no additional add on costs. Totally satisfied with Aiello services. Thank you.

Appointment was next day and right on time. Matthew and David were friendly and efficient and sump pump was replaced and working in less than one hour. Highly recommended. Today was second time using Aiello in four months this time for a water heater problem. Dustin was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Nice job.

I’m extremely satisfied with the electrical service I received. The electrician arrived on time, explained the work clearly, and completed everything efficiently and safely. The quality of the work was outstanding, and they made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. Professional, knowledgeable, and respectful — I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to others.

They showed up within 30 minutes of me calling and they sent a photo of who was going to be doing my repairs. He was very polite and professional. He even wore shoe covers inside my house which I really appreciated. He took pictures and explained everything he was doing. Wonderful service. I would absolutely recommend Aiello.

We had an emergency main line clog, I called the 800# and got a person immediately who was able to dispatch an emergency Plummer. Sebastian showed up not too long afterwards and was the utmost professional. He was courteous and kind but most of all competent. My clog was taken care of timely and efficiently. Highly recommend

I highly recommend Aiello Home Services, as I called them, actually used their online system to book an appointment and without being an emergency call, they were here within 2 hours. Their employee Jayden was extremely professional and new exactly how to clear my 100% clogged kitchen sink/drain. After repairing, he totally cleaned up any water droppings caused from the snake used. He also inspected my basement for any problems with my pipes, luckily there were no issues with the pipes. I need to add as equally important their pricing was extremely reasonable, a lot less than you would expect. Finally, I want to also say that their back office support employees kept in touch with me from the time I called, including identifying when they would be arriving and even a picture to reassure me, who was coming. 5 Star rating. If I could rate them higher, I would. I will use them in the future. Thank you so much! 😊

This post is for today, February 16, 2026. Two technicians came today, Derrick and Kyle to clear my kitchen sink clog. They were very professional and proficient and polite. They checked my pipes in my basement and since I had the same problem about 6 months ago, they had seen old pipes and recommended replacing sections of the piping and also repair buckles in the pipe. This should ultimately fix the problem and stop the ongoing clogging of the pipes. I still rate Aiello Home Services with 5 stars. Aiello has already scheduled the pipe replacement for tomorrow. Thank you!

This post is for Tuesday February 17, 2026. Aiello extremely expert plummers, Jason and Justin came back today as follow up to what their technicians found yesterday. Both Jason and Justin were also very proficient and quickly assessed not only what was found yesterday but also found a few other problems with my pipe which were causing the continual clogged drain. They fully explained the additional problems, such as and starting with the way the pipe drain under the sink had to be moved and they redrilled a hole, f'ixing that first problem and then showed me the pitch and buckles on some of the piping in the basement and missing brackets that secure the pipe(s) and replaced all very old pipes. They also found that when my dish water and furnace were installed, they needed some additional capping off. They worked non-stop for 2 1/2 hours testing the water drainage and ensuring no leaks and totally cleaned up before they left.. If you ever use Aiello services, be very confident on both of these men, again Jason and Justin. They totally know what they are doing.Thank you.

Most of the visit was 5 stars. The tech was very nice, service was very quick, even the day after Christmas, and the work was done correctly. The only downside was the price. $2200 for $440 worth of parts and 1 hr 55 minutes of labor was pretty steep. But I needed the furnace fixed and didn’t have time to shop around.

Guys were great. Showed up same day I called. Finished in about 2 1/2 hours. Did a fantastic job. We're truthful and informative so I could make an informed decision. Would highly recommended to anyone who would listen to me.

I'm on a "Do Not Service" list for something that happened back in 2022. Not sure what I did other than get a quote to replace a shower diverter valve and ended up going with someone else because they were a bit more affordable for me in the moment.

I found this out when I called today to have service done to my furnace so I can get heat back in my house. Guy on the line tells me that I'm on that list. Wouldn't tell me anything about it other than the year, so my guess is the shower diverter valve quote. I'm assuming I was placed on this list out of spite for not using them for that particular job.

I will say this. I'm okay being on that list now since that really speaks volume for Aiello's core values. I hope you all continue to do well. What a shame you lost potential business for something so petty.

Zach has been incredibly helpful and honest. No upselling and gives me a the straight answer to fixing our shower problems. Was able to fix things without co$tly repairs. Excellent communication and really knows a ton about various plumbing setups/obscure brands and their little issues. Highly recommend!

Went down stairs on a Saturday morning to start laundry and found water on the floor...called Aiello plumbing someone actually answer the phone put me through to the plumber told him the problem. They came out and replaced water heater all in a matter of 2 and a half hours.
Pleasant and efficient. Price was fair.

The service was very professional and respectful. Our service plumber was patient and easy going to check for any other pertaining issues that could occur. I would recommend very highly of any issues with our friends with your company. Thank you.
