The technician Mike & his assistant were very courteous and helpful in answering any questions I had for them. They were here promptly at the time they said they would be & the installation was done quickly and efficiently. I was surprised at the high cost, but decided to do it anyway. Aiello responded to my call within an hour & offered to do the installation the next day - a couple of other places I called couldn't even see me for an estimate for 4-5 days. The expense not withstanding, I would say that I was very satisfied with the promptness & the service I received.

The technicians arrived to my home in a crisis with my furnace. The 2 techs were absolutely fantastic, they had all the parts needed for the repairs, very professional. They stayed to make sure my hot water was functioning again as well as my furnace, I cannot express our gratitude for their timely professional service. I will certainly call upon Aiello services in the future, thank you for turning a stressful situation into a problem solved

Aiello did a great job recently for us. Our old washing machine faucet started leaking and wouldn’t turn off. Aiello came that same day and replaced both hot and cold faucets with modern designs. While there they took care of a few other things that I had on my list to do. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction.

Matthew was great. Very friendly and courteous. I plan to use Aiello for all my plumbing, electrical, and heating needs.

Aiello came to my home within 24 hours of me calling for service. They were very communicative as to the time the plumber would arrive, when there was a delay they notified me immediately and the app helped me track the location of the plumber when he was enroute to my home. When Zach arrived he was extremely professional and informative. He let me know everything he was doing and gave me some very helpful tips to prevent this issue in the future! Will definitely be calling them for all my future needs.

The technicians, Dustin and Matt, arrived exactly on time when they were supposed to. They went through my heating system carefully and meticulously and repaired or replaced everything that needed to be fixed. They showed me everything they did. I was very satisfied and glad to sign up for a service contract.

It’s no fun to lose your heat. The communication was excellent. The response was excellent. Very happy with Aiello.

Amazing service! My kitchen sink was clogged and I called for an appointment in the morning and had two technicians there within a couple hours, it was really quick. It's been a couple days but I believe their names were Bobby and Wally. One was a regional manager and the other was still in training. They did a thorough check, not just looking at the sink itself but going into the basement, the bathrooms above, and the vent pipes outside to get a thourough understanding of the problem. They then spent an hour snaking and dry-vacing a gigantic clog out of my pipe and scouring the whole run. Explained everything that was going on in detail and were pleasant and professional. I will be using Aiello in the future.

We were without heat for four days during the middle of winter, and it quickly became clear that finding a company available on short notice was going to be difficult. Like many homeowners this time of year, we were competing with a surge of heating emergencies.

Based on my mechanical background and familiarity with our system, I had already identified what was likely required to get the boiler operational again. In addition to restoring heat, I knew we also needed a new zone valve power head for one unused heating zone that had been inoperative (a ~$95 part), along with some basic cutting and soldering. There was also a possibility that the pressure relief valve needed replacement—an uncomplicated repair for someone mechanically inclined.

After troubleshooting, I determined that the immediate no-heat issue was likely ignition-related. I disassembled the igniter box, thoroughly cleaned it, reassembled it, and attempted a restart. When the burner still failed to light, I concluded—through a process of elimination—that the system likely needed the oil line cleared, a new nozzle installed, and possibly a new igniter.

To confirm part numbers, I shut off the oil supply at both the tank and the furnace and began disassembly. In the process, I opened the bleed line and experienced minor oil leakage. At that point, I decided to stop work and call a professional to complete the repair safely.

We contacted Aiello and were informed the service call would be $99. The technician, Aaron—who was polite and professional—arrived and I explained everything I had already done. He told me the electrodes should not have been removed and needed to be reinstalled in a specific configuration, which he did before reassembling the unit.

Approximately 20 minutes later, I was presented with a bill totaling $337.13:
    • $99 service call
    • $218 “minor diagnostic” fee
    • $20.13 tax

I was then told that because the boiler was manufactured in 2002, several repairs were “not recommended but needed.” These included:
    • A valve and zone valve power head (a ~$95 part), quoted by Aiello at $1,282
    • A complete zone valve assembly (a ~$75 part), quoted at $1,004
    • An automatic air vent for $270
    • A “custom HVAC hot water coil repair” for $2,533

The total estimate came to $5,348.

Aaron stated that given the age of the boiler and the cost of repairs, it might make more sense to replace the entire system. When I asked for an estimate, I was told it would be $10,000 or more, but that Aiello offered financing programs and could help make it affordable. He then placed a call to a finance representative on speakerphone. When she answered with, “Hi, what do you got for me?” I was taken aback, but given the cold temperatures and my concern for my children, I allowed the conversation to continue.

An appointment was scheduled to discuss replacing a system that, in reality, did not yet require replacement.

Upon Aaron’s departure, I paid the $337 charge. I was then asked to sign his iPad, without being informed that doing so waived my right to cancel or request a refund within 10 days—information I later discovered only through an email. Importantly, no repairs were made during this visit.

After reflecting on the experience, I felt taken advantage of—not by the technician personally, but by the company’s business practices. It was clear that the technicians are extensively trained to identify homeowner desperation and aggressively upsell high-cost solutions, even when simpler, far less expensive repairs are available.

In the end, I was left $337 poorer and still without heat or hot water.

I have another highly rated company scheduled to come tomorrow morning, and I am hopeful the experience will be more straightforward and honest.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding Aiello.

(Probably from extra use from all the Christmas and New Year holiday get-togethers…🙂), we had to replace out downstairs toilet which was roughly 15 years old this past week. We called Aiello on a Sunday afternoon after we had gone and bought the replacement toilet to schedule the rip-out and install. We spoke with Christine and was able to schedule an install appointment for 7 am the next day (Monday). Aiello kept us in the loop via texts Dave the installer was right on time, professional (extremely professional) courteous and very skilled. In one hour the old was gone, the new was in, and no one would ever know it happened because there was absolutely no mess. It was an absolute awesome installation. Dave was excellent! Aiello is SUPERB and we highly recommend them for you. Pete & Cathy Riberio Wethersfield CT.

Well, I do not know where to begin with this, I said that I probably would not leave somewhat of a negative review and try to keep things positive, but this really bothered me now for a good day. We chose them through the Internet, and we decided to give them a chance and have them come out and right off the bat on the phone we were told there was going to be a $99 charge for them just to step foot into the home basically is what it should have said so we said no problem.
So, the problem we had was with one of our dishwashers sad to say we knew what the problem was and basically had a good idea of what needed to be replaced but we could not do it due to our health. We wound up taking photos of everything just for ourselves to have on file when we did call, we kindly let them know that it was basically the main water hose that we could see and possibly the plastic drain hose. Upon arrival they came in to look to assess this and said we can only replace the water feed line only and not the plastic one, I asked why he said we do not carry these on the truck, and it couldn’t be done, which makes no sense at all. The water line had a connection where it was leaking right out of it but did not even choose to look at that or even mention to replace it.

We bought both hoses brand new for $36, they wanted to fix one without pulling the unit out and said you would be looking at $640 to repair this, and I asked on the other hose and he said first it could not be done because they do not have it and we asked ok can you do it, then he said you will be looking at over $1100 for us to pull it out and do it, so right then and there I said I can get a brand-new dishwasher and brand-new hoses delivered and installed with a 5-year warranty from Lowe’s or Home Depot and they will remove the old one for less money.

I just do not understand how someone can charge a person that much money for a job that is 20 minutes tops. We decided to call the company back and we got a totally different answer, basically I was told on the phone they do not replace that in case we break something, then we are responsible, well what if you broke the main water one, just makes no sense in any way.

So moving forward we called another company and they arrived with in 30 minutes, they did not charge a fee to just walk in the door and the owner said wow when I told him the story and said I can have everything done for you in 30 minutes and he said we would be looking at 75$ seeing as we had all the hoses and connectors, well they got the job and they did it in 20 minutes and said just give us $50 for the services rendered.

We provided a photo to show you the estimate and as well as the piece that was no good and was replaced as well as new hoses. We will never mention this place to anyone ever, they basically wasted my time and took $99 for nothing (very awful to do to people on fixed incomes) especially disabled ones.

Lost heat during the recent snowstorm. This was our first time contacting Aiello to come out and service our system. Aaron J was our technician. He arrived ahead of schedule, was very personable and professional. He diagnosed the issue with our boiler and was able to repair it in the same day. We are very happy with the service we received from Aaron and the customer service at Aiello. We plan to use them in the future for our home heating services.

Zach from Aiello did a fantastic job. He installed the new hot water heater and corrected some plumbing issues as well. He explained everything to me and showed me how ti adjust the temperature if necessary.
Zach was very personable and polite. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was cleaned up and that everything was done to code.
    I highly recommend Aiello.
A little on the higher price point but I don’t mind paying a little more for a quality job.

Repair took a little longer than expected, throughout the whole time David maintained a positive attitude. He went above and beyond to ensure he completed the job.

Customers service was excellent, the pricing was a little pricey but that is not within his control. Overall I received awesome customer service, THANK you for your patience and kindness. You turned a potentially frustrating situation into a great experience! Taking the time to maintain a positive attitude and going above and beyond are hallmarks of top-tier service. I absolutely recommend Aiello Home Services.

Early in the morning, February 12, 2026 a snow plow was going down my street after an ice storm, lost control and took the power pole down and smashed it into bits pulling the wires away from my house and snapping the conduit.
I was told by every source that I needed to contact on electrical contractor to have that portion repaired once they put in a new pole and re-hung the wires. I called Aiello, and was told they would dispatch a crew immediately. Two men were dispatched and arrived very quickly. They did excellent work, kept me in the loop, and worked and very cold conditions. The end result is I now have power restored to my house. Thank you very much to Zach and Nathan.
