DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! BEWEAR PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW!!!!! If I could give this company zero stars I would. First off bet unprofessional. I requested a quote through their website and the guy Ryan D only texted did not even call. After he gave me a quote I asked when he was available to start the job on power washing my house. He stated that I first had to give him a deposit of 50 dollars in order for him to tell me his availability. Which I thought was kind of weird but I said okay. He stated the only payment options he excepts is cash app or Venmo. I stated I will Venmo him the 50 bucks. 5 mins later he sent me a request but for 75 dollars and texted me saying he changed it from 50 to 75. After paying the 75 dollars I waited for him to send his availability. He did not send it over next day I texted him saying I paid the deposit what is your availability. He responded and said sorry I can do Thursday and Friday. I asked for a time slot and he said 10am. I picked Friday 10am. The day came and he did not show up and did not text or call stating he was going to be late. I texted him and said hey we agreed on today for 10 am are you still coming? He did not respond. And this was a hour after he was suppose to come. A hour later I texted him asking for my deposits back if he is not going to show up. It is now 3:28 as I am writing this review and he still has not responded or sent me my deposits back. I have all the messages and screenshots of payment if this guy decides to respond back saying this is a false statement. This guy is very unprofessional and will just take your money. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. He prides himself on 5 star reviews which I don’t understand how that’s possible when he’s over here with no shows and stealing money.

Ryan took money as a ‘deposit’ and then never showed up. He made an excuse and said he would venmo me my money back but of course went radio silent and never did. This company is a scam. Do not hire!

I had a frustratingly similar experience to what the previous reviewer described. I scheduled a power washing service for two houses over a month ago. To secure the appointment, I was required to pay a $100 deposit, which I promptly sent via Venmo.

However, since then, I have encountered nothing but disappointment. Ryan Daley has consistently failed to show up, despite promising to come each week. Not only has he not followed through on any of his commitments, but he has also been unresponsive to my attempts to reach out, leaving me with no updates or explanation.

After weeks of this troubling pattern, I finally requested a refund of my deposit. Ryan Daley assured me that a refund would be issued, yet here I am, still waiting and without my money.

Considering the lack of communication and follow-through, I am now contemplating taking legal action to recover my funds, and I will also seek to include court costs on top of the $100 deposit if I don’t receive my money back soon. This entire situation has been incredibly frustrating, and based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone looking for power washing services to STAY AWAY from this individual!

Ryan and his crew are phenomenal! The workmanship and attention to detail is amazing - communication is exceptional. Each year I am surprised at the transformation of my house/deck/vinyl fencing after power washing. Everything looks brand new again! And his prices are beyond reasonable. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. If I could give six stars I would. If you want quality work at a more than fair price, call Ryan at Professional Power Washing. Ryan was very professional and the communication was top notch! My roof looks brand new after the soft wash cleaning. Definitely will use him again. Highly recommend!

Ryan came to the house and did an amazing job. It was super affordable for the size of our house and he made the house look like new! There were spots I tried to remove on my own with my power washer and they didn’t come off. I thought they were permanent but after the house wash he did, all the spots are gone! He cleaned the full 2 floor exterior of the house, windows, gutters, garage doors, front entryway, and walkway. I will definitely be using this company again!

Don't trust them. They do damage and don't fix what they have messed up. I wish I could give zero stars

They handled several different tree issues on my property. They were very professional and timely during and after the work was completed. Highly recommend for all your tree removal and trimming needs.

This is one of the best companies I've ever encountered. They are experts and totally professional. The drainage crew, headed by Ben, handled our problems very easily. They were knowledgeable and experienced. From top to bottom this company has intelligent people. They paid attention to detail in every aspect. It was well worth the money spent. Amazing work done by them this week at our home!! 2 big trees and lots of brush taken down and away. Lawn was left cleaner than when they come!!

Very good landscape design and installation. Three workers were knowledgeable and thorough. A professional process and completion from beginning to end.

Can't say enough good things about this company when Joe came out to give me an estimate he explained everything that was going to be done and was very professional and courteous and answered all my questions the next 2 days the crew did an amazing job. The crew did such a great job and they did an amazing job with the cleanup. I just had one little issue and it was addressed right away I will definitely use them again for any lawn or Tree Service

The three men who trimmed my bushes are so respectful and kind. They work hard and if I have a request they nod and say they will take care of it. Glad I have someone to trim my shrubs and bushes because at 81 I just can't do it any more. Thanks a bunch.

Joe Lambert's crew installed a beautiful retaining wall near my pool. While removing the sloped mound of dirt overgrown with all sorts of garbage vegetation (which was to be replaced by the retaining wall), they saw that we had some plants already planted at the top of the mound and kept them in place. They did this on their own, without us having to point this out to them. Overall, they did an excellent job and the resulting wall looks great. We highly recommend them for this type of work.

Our gardens look absolutely beautiful thanks to Lambert’s Landscaping!! The crew was skillful and made quick work of our mess of a garden. They even went out of their way to ask us about moving some peonies that I forgot were in an overgrown area to be cleared out. I am so appreciative. We are so so happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone! A+ job!

They were great at trimming over hanging trees and removing a stubborn volunteer plant that allowed them to move bushes to help them grow in the new year.

My beds were mulched and edged nicely.

I am happy to post a very positive review for Angel and his team. They arrived early this morning to remove a dying ash tree from our backyard. The entire crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They removed the tree safely and effectively, with minimal (acceptable) wear and tear to the yard. And clean-up was excellent.

I just wanted to tell you how much I love the walkway you installed. It's been a couple of months, and it's more beautiful today than the day it was completed. The grass has grown back lusher than before, and the stone's color has actually improved as all the sand, etc. has washed out of it, just as Josh said. The recommendation you made of the engineered stone was perfect for our home . I'm including a couple of pictures. Thank you again!
P.S. I find it amusing when the Amazon delivery guy, postman, oil guy, etc. come to our home and tell us how beautiful it is. They've been there before, the only thing that has changed is the walkway!

I have had Lambert's Care provide tree services in the past and they were excellent. Today, Angel and his team removed trees for me. They arrived as scheduled and were ready to get to work They completed the job quickly and did a great job of cleaning up the area. The entire crew was friendly and great to talk to. I highly recommend Lambert's for any tree work you may need.

The crew was wonderful! They worked quickly, efficiently, and very neatly. They were so careful with everything including cleanup and all of them were super nice! Very happy!
