Matt has been my technician four times as we worked through several plumbing issues. He knowledgeable, personable, communicative and thorough. I've found Harp to be especially responsive when I need promptness like when my central air conked on the first really hit day if the spring a couple of years ago. I had working central a/c the following day. I highly recommend their service.

Had a leaking shower faucet, the technician didn't have the correct part but left to go to plumbing supply to get part, came back and fixed my problem. He was very efficient, professional and kind. Did not have to wait long for Harp to make original appointment. Very respectful of property. I would recommend this company and the technician who did my repair in a timely manner.
