    What's nice is that I had a good 1st time experience with Mat, changing my very old kitchen sink faucets. Mat put the new faucets in and it has been great. Now this time, Mat had explained what he was about to do and if it worked I would be good to go. But he also told me if he could not unplug the toilet. Then I would have to hire a rooter company to handle my problem. Mat puts everything that I need to know on the table. No empty promises. No monetary surprisses. That's what I like about him and Harp. Both jobs (thank goodness) were not so bad. I will call Harp again when in need. Thank you Audrey
